Dough is so magical there are hundreds recipes based on flour (dough)
I am not sure what some of these foods are, but I am sure that I’d like to try every one of these treats! That is doubly true for the fried purple yam dough (?) that looks like river rocks when it is finished cooking!
Street food in Korea looked very delicious. I wish one day I'll travel to Korea and try them

I've seen those large green peppers in several asian cooking channels. Are they similar to the Hatch green chili? In the south west, we roast them and then peel the outer skin off. Anyway, these all look great!
Did some digging, looks like Cheongyang chiles, supposedly around 10k scoville.
@@Matteh Cheongyang peppers are a spicy variety, and the peppers in the video are grown by hybridizing bell peppers and peppers, so they are not spicy.
