Her family and home are very important to her and she was a professional decorator when she was working, along with being a loyal friend for almost 60 years. She is also the only person I know who has always kept a pantry in her basement with at least a year's worth of food even though she's not a "prepper". Happy Birthday Tessie!! 🎂🎉. I had the same deer family when I was 8 years old. I had the buck and doe with a fawn that all stood the same way. I loved them so much. You may be interested in knowing that they were made by Breyer, which made many statues of horses and other animals from the 1970's. I don't think the Elk is part of that company. Over the years I collected so many Breyer horses, I must've had close to 100. I still have them but they're packed up somewhere. The way you lit up when you saw them was so sweet. My dad and sisters are in Oregon and recently my dad had a couple of strokes. I’m so blessed and fortunate that my husband took me back home to spend time with my dad. Even though he’s doing remarkably well even after the strokes, it broke my heart to know this could well be the last time I spent time with him. We watched Westerns and at 7:00 it was time for Family Feud, lol, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
