PIZZA SURPRISES AND GRAVY BISCUITS! | HOW TO MAKE SAUSAGE GRAVY | COOK WITH ME

- Hey family!!! In today's video we're have our first pizza night where we are trying to find the BEST frozen pizza! This week's winner was a surprise for sure! The next morning I make Sausage Gravy and Biscuits!
Sausage Gravy Recipe:
1 pound sausage, hot or mild
4 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
milk, amount depends on how thick you like your gravy
Cook sausage in a large skillet until done. Remove sausage from pan, but leave the drippings! Turn heat down to medium. Add butter and let it melt. Add flour and mix well. Start adding milk a little at a time and mix until smooth. Continue adding milk until you get it where you want it. When it's ready you can add the sausage back into the gravy.
Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 TB baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 TB unsalted butter (cold)
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand, using a little self rising flour to keep it from sticking to your hands too much. Pinch of pieces a little bigger than a golf ball and roll into ball shape. Pat in extra flour and press slightly onto baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until bottoms of biscuits are browned. Brown the tops and spread with butter!

My mom came to the United States in the late 70s and my dad taught her to make gravy! And we learned to cook American food together by watching public television and checking out books from the library. Love y’all 💕

That moustache on the pizza box is such a fun idea! I use Pioneer Woman’s sausage and biscuit recipe but if you follow it exactly is a huge amount.

We finally had some sun today. Flintstones and the Jetsons were my favorite cartoons as a child. I hate to admit this, but I have never had bisquits and sausage gravy. My grandma and great grandma made everything from scratch, but never made that. Have a blessed night.

Hey family..so glad yall have a singing tomorrow! We have been practicing at the church thr past 3 Monday evenings. We have a booking in Alabama Valentines weekend. That Sunday morning..first one in forever its at one of our members dads church in Orange Beach..thats winter break for our schools that weekend so we are off Friday and and Monday so we are going for the whole weekend. Not surprised by the favorite. My son prefers the Great Value stuffed crust pizza over the Red Baron stuffed crust and the Digionro stuffed crust.
That’s an Awesome breakfast and I have never made Breakfast Gravy we didn’t grow-up with-gravy for breakfast thinking it’s a Country Breakfast but our Mother made Wonderful Biscuits eggs Bacon 🥓 Toast sometimes French toast & Grits we All loved ♥️♥️

Made homemade biscuits and bacon gravy for dinner tonight. It was good😋
I learned how to make milk gravy when my grandfather lived with us for a while when he was sick. That was all he would eat for lunch so I would come home from work and make him biscuits and gravy. God bless that man, he choked down some horrible gravy before I learned how to make it smooth. I always just add the milk at once otherwise I end up with lumps.

Sausage Gravy was one of the hardest things, for me to perfect when i started cooking. Now I'm well know for my sausage gravy and buttermilk Biscuits. I save all my bacon grease. I use it anytime i make gravy. Along with whatever sausage grease is left in my pan. I make a big Breakfast for my family every Saturday morning. Always fry up eggs. fried apples. Bacon. Goodevening! My husband loves the Screaming Sicilian pizza 🍕 and I like it okay but we tried Newman's Own pizza last night and we both really liked that one. I've never heard of the motor city pizza.

We had little caesars for pizza night Friday. I love the deeps dish! After the Motor city pizza from Walmart my second choice would be great value stuffed crust. I think it’s better than the digornio. I also added a squeeze bottle to my Walmart order yesterday, I can’t wait to make some McGriddles! Thanks for the idea! Happy weekend Moss Family!

I like the Screamin Siclian the best of all frozen pizzas but never heard of the Motor City Co. pizza Will have to look for it.
What a new way to cut cantaloupe! Gonna do it next I get it. I also didn’t know about adding milk in gradually to gravy. One thing I do different is a tiny pinch of nutmeg in my morning gravy. I’d picked the GV pizza too!
You should try the Digiorno Pepperoni Croissant Crust Pizza. It is so good!
Hi Falon! Fun pizza challenge! I just tried those mini Great value pizzas that you guys often buy that are supposed to be the Red Baron copy cats and wow are those good! Took me right back to my childhood when my Mom used to buy those little Red Baron ones! And I've been thinking lately how grown up Audra is getting! I love so many Great Value things now, love their pizza! The chicken bacon ranch is awesome. But Walmart’s produce is so bad so I wish I didn’t have to go to multiple store every time I need groceries :( I love your biscuits so much, haven’t had canned biscuits since I first used your recipe 6 months ago

Howdy Moss family I never have ate all those pizzas you had but I will try the great value Pizza I make my sausage gravy basically the same way but I don’t take my sausage out of the pan just a little different Then what you do I put my flour and milk in with the sausages make my gravy like that turns out really well I also cook it on low you really do have to keep an eye on the sausage gravy because it will get thick Well y’all have a good night I’ll see you tomorrow

We tried Digiorno thin crust, pepperoni pizza tonight. It was really good! $5 at Walmart.

We've never had any of those pizzas. Might have to try the great value pizza. We love Biscuits and gravy too but don't make it as much cause one of my kids is allergic to milk. We had chicken taco salad tonight.❤

My husband and I have tried the screaming Sicilian pizza and it is good but not our favorite. We like the Digiorno pizza the best. We made fried eggs and bacon for breakfast and beef barbecue sandwiches with coleslaw and potato chips for dinner. Ice cream cones for dessert. I love y'all and see y'all tomorrow!! We make our pizzas at home but if I buy I buy the great value rising crust. They are our favorite!!!! They are so good and also so cheap!
The Red Baron stuffed crust wasn’t our favorite either. This is a great idea we’re going to have to do the same!
