Hello burgur heres a pro tip:
Make a 4 block deep hole and place a wind turbine at the bottom.
Then at the very top put grass ontop so it doesn't stick out.

U may know this, but I think its better to make apartments near the downtown as u go, like transition for low to high, and also, if u build more schools, make a fence around the entire property.
