I have the same problem, I tested with several different microphones. there is 1.5v on the microphone plug and 0.7v on the cartridge. It seems a bit too low, maybe the AGC has failed?

@@Kalleballethetwo Hold the button pass the "Power on" and keep holding the button down. Eventually it will say bluetooth. Then you release.
Any ideas on why on a phone call the microphone is so low , that people can only hear my voice very faintly
The microphone hole may be clogged if not try to change mic.
