ask: Why are the steps for making coconut oil so spread out? Why do you do everything with workers, employees - in rather complicated work steps? Why do you need so many and such large machines that cost money to purchase and maintain? Why don't you do everything in just one step? You are certainly familiar with what we in Germany call a meat grinder: a kind of extruder, juicer in a lying form with an extruder screw. and if possible also a press screw at the front, which both presses out and removes the pressed material. This means that juice or oil is removed within the device and not somewhere else. it is bottled where it is produced. Juice is boiled, thickened - as a concentrate. oil is freshly bottled. That would just be a single table-sized device about 700 x 700 mm table size! On the other hand, I don't understand why you press it openly: why expose the pressed fresh oil to the surrounding air, which, as we all know, can be contaminated with germs in your country. with us too! I note: 1.) The dried coconut pulp is added and chopped 2.) the crushed coconut pulp is pressed The coconut oil is created, which you can get straight away without any detours can fill! 3.) the pressed coconut meat is removed (you can still do it for other purposes, for example ground into flour). I understandably don't understand the point of collection tanks, nor the point that was mentioned - multiple filters. for what reason? Coconut oil is liquid or solid: depending on the temperature! You can use it for cooking, frying - for a variety of purposes - even for cosmetic purposes! Excuse me if I think that with a rather small device I could continuously process the quantities you specified. that I could use considerably less mechanical effort and require much less space. The storage tanks are disproportionate for me - as is the film packaging system: it is simply sufficient if you use 0.5 liter bottles and 1 liter bottles as a storable product that has a long shelf life. Some in small quantities, sizes, others in large quantities: so it makes perfect sense if you choose a machine size that connects everything together. with which you can process anything! Large quantities can be produced or processed with small machines by running the machine through - day and night if necessary. I have an example that is decisive: I have to produce fish oil from 400,000 fish, all of which weigh between 2-3 kilograms, in just one day. a huge task! (smoking - skinning - removing fish meat - processing - drying the skins with the layers of fat, grinding them and pressing them into fish oil!) I do not understand that! maybe it's related to your oil? I can't imagine We make coconut oil from sun-dried copra, which is shredded in the blender. and what comes out after pressing is 100 percent coconut oil. It doesn't matter how you use it: you make cosmetics with it, soap, and you use it in a variety of ways for cooking, baking, deep-frying. @@earlysda : Generally, the purity is a result of the manufacturing process used. Impurities in the oil are the result of mechanical processing; the oils are then not 100 percent pure. There are many vegans, organic freaks in Germany - what do I know - who make claims arbitrarily, ideologically motivated - even though there is no experience or research on this! and interested commercial people - claim similar untruths - in order to better present their own products! I would like to say: there is no food that is poisonous! And especially not when it has been tried and tested and can be bought everywhere on the market for decades! As part of my project planning, I tested many foreign products - for example from KTC from England, which apparently mixes coconut oil together "produce from serveral countries" - otherwise there are no complaints about the test purchases. Everything was selected as “premium quality” or “for export only” It is not my decision what I can put on the market - because the German authorities check this relatively closely in the food regulatory authorities. Coconut oil: is it really toxic to us? - Compared to lard, the saturated fat content of coconut oil is higher, but that does not necessarily make the vegetable oil harmful to health. “Coconut oil is of course not toxic.
