I can’t even get my mic to work on iPhone 15, my phone thinks the mic is headsets.
This thing is garbage. I tried using it with my Samsung Galaxy S20FE with a USB-C adapter and the audio quality is mediocre and flooded with a ton of static. No clear solution to this after troubleshooting. Audio recorded directly from the phone's built-in mic is infinitely times better. Don't waste your money on this

@@kennajoe2179 hey i managed to fix it, the issue was the cable, i switched it with a Samsung Cable (i have Xiaomi) and it worked...
I tried it with my Samsung Ultra S21, it has a static noise in the background, I decided to return it.
How do I get a louder sound without having to talk right into it. It seems to be low volume on videos

Having problems with this mic. It has audio for about the first couple seconds but after that just stops working. I trying to use this with a go pro hero 8 black. Let me know if anyone has a solution.
for some reason I can’t connect my Wavo pro ds to the app wavo pro on my iPhone 17.1.
certainly Bluetooth and GPS is on.

Just bought this for my Gopro Hero9 works brilliantly.
After reading other comments tried it with my Samsung Galaxy S20FE and audio was crystal clear. Couldnt be happier
My microphone won't stick in the red thing, it's too tight...
The red shock mount is very tight. You just need to slide the Wavo in with a little force and it will fit snug.

What would this be like at picking up audio of railway locomotives? I'm looking at upping the audio quality of my trainspotting vlog.

Does this work with andriod phone like samsung S20 or only for apple product?
Yes it works for andriod phones with the correct adapter.
Is there a trick to get it to work on an Android pixel 3 xl smart phone ?
In your options you need to select to use an external mic.
