    That's incredible. I'm painting the three Hobbit trolls right now and having some difficulty getting the effects I want -- this gives me some ideas.

    Love it mate! The shield is so cool with the paint streaks on the hand, nice touch! And the little gore details on the troll too. Nicely done ;)

    Damn that skin tone is excellent mate. Also really love the black leather. The NMM feels like it’s a lot of work but definitely achievable with the technique you used. Great tutorial mate. Really enjoyed watching it!

    Nice one mate! The metal troll body is so crisp compared to the plastic.
    I'm looking forward to grabbing a few tips from this for my two plastic trolls

      Yeah I've never really liked the plastic kits pose as much, the metal has that heft to it too. Makes it feel more significant when you move them around the battlefield! Its a shame they don't sell them any more.

    Your troll is an awesome centerpiece for your Isengard army. As I said on Insta, I like to see your army growing. There are some nice ideas for creating the nmm. I like heavily watered down skrag brown for rust a bit more than mornfang brown. In the end I'm very happy you created very good content again 👌

      Thanks! Ummm good question! I think it took me 4 nights after work including basing & making the arrows etc. The painting was pretty much done in two nights I think.
