Please we need this loading issue/delay in menus fixed, i literally cannot stand doing my dailies n palying the game in general with this, it makes it so tedious

Brother, I got scammed by solo leveling devs, I was playing my game as usual, suddenly the game crashed, when I restarted, I receive a mail that I am playing the game in an unauthorized manner, Due to which I have been banned for 30 days and all my trophies have been permanently deleted. I also contacted customer support and showed them multiple evidences that the game had crashed or that it was a bug. They also agreed that it was their mistake but unfortunately, my trophy which was in 1857 can no longer be restored. help me
Not enough content creators are talking about this. It's everywhere in the official forum. So many mobile users are getting banned because of this glitchy game
Be wary if your phone has a game booster pre-installed. I think it's the app that gets detected by the game. From my experience last month, the game will never do anything about your suspension and they will only send you automated responses. I do hope this time they would do something about it because this issue is getting more common after the Baran update. About the trophies, I also hope you get them all back after the 30day ban (those who got banned before Baran update did not have their trophies reset so they were able to get their weekly essences, however their rankings are gone during the suspension period).

Could you give me more info? Do you mean exchange error? Not possible for them to expire as they expire on the 20th, exchange error happens because you used the code type before, they are 1 per account per code type, unless you forgot to support, then you just have old ones from another season
