I'm totally agree with you on this point sir. Including a couple of tansistors is far more better in place of ics, as I have seen that faulty and fake are there in market. They are complex designed internally and are very sensitive against picking noise and distortion, it may seem simple but adds the complexity of the circuit. I'm not against any ic they're useful, makes design simple, and are heavily used. As far as u have genuine one and good design it can deliver great results. Thanks.
Sir ye problem main pehele bhi ek board me paya tha.usme bhi pre driver me TL082 ic laga hua tha..usme bhi aisa kata kata sound a rahatha. Usme ic change karna para. Par sound quality acha hai... Transistor is best..👍👍❤️🙏

They sell fake ic for the money and to discourage people from building amplifiers to make them think that they didn't do something right and it's sad. That's exactly why I keep old boards I strip all the components off of them because I know they're genuine and they are built a whole lot better. Genuine quality parts and of course I test all the components before I use them 😁. Companies sell the community crappy aftermarket parts and the bigwigs get all the genuine nice quality parts.

ok i will add most highest range transistor for 15 paire but i will use only 5 pair because this amp will be on 18hourse per day so i dont want any heating or something it is ok for me add expensive material , i just want tough and powerful amp which must have best sound qaulity , so if from 10 pair we are getting 1000watt so i just want 500 or 600watt but super clean and best qaulity i understand that main thing is only driver board so i want most engineered driver board
Sir I have 2 problem first dc offset. 2nd bais .if we we use ic first stage .dot use fix bais .try to use maunal bais with bd 139. Because bais is main in amplifier.if u use fix like this try to use jummper wire .put you diodes and maount on heatsink.this amplifier have less bais that's problem.try bd139 and you bais check on final transistor.base to emmiter it's 540 mili voltage required
