How I wish they had recorded the whole score with Danielle Darrieux. A friend of mine saw her in the original run and said she was wonderful. The show took on a whole new life. I feel as the the entire score needs to be recorded one more time with a singer of Darrieux' calibre singing Coco.

I completely agree. She makes this odd score sound like music.
Oh my GOD this is sooooooo much better than Katharine Hepburn's. It actually sounds like a song now, and a lovely song at that.
