Instinction will be showcasing the dinosaurs in development and that will be included in the game. This time we're pleased to reveal Diabloceratops Eatoni set in a section of one of the games cave maps, each reveal will be set in a different location. This game model is captured in realtime, in Unreal Engine 5 without ray-traced reflections enabled, the option will be available in game.
Instinction is a prehistoric action-adventure game, with combat and exploration in multiple awe inspiring natural locations. Currently in Development by Hashbane Interactive.
Planned release on PC, last and next gen consoles.

I like that you're adding in some lesser known Dinosaurs into this promising Game.
And by lesser known I mean ones that aren't well known, popular, or recognisable outside of Paleomedia in mainstream media and culture like T.Rex, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus, Velociraptor, ect.
you know what's more impressive? this diabloceratops is scientifically correct a science page on Instagram shared the image of this Game as an illustration for this animal, with a text about the dinosaur

In terms of gameplay what is the game like i've seen what might be open world or is it more set. And I'm guessing horror in style with maybe a survival element to it.

I read somewhere that you guys are also studying Weapons in addition to dinosaurs, to bring an immersive combat, does that check?
Yeah that's true, we have a combat trained weapons instructor that gives us advice and feedback on our weapons and animations, he works at Outpost Armory in Tennessee, USA. We'll be doing a blog about it soon :)

Are there going to be separate modes, mini games or mechanics that for example let you play as a dinosaur?
We went into detail about this in various interviews, the short answer to everything is yes. The core campaign will include additional modes, you will need to complete a section using a dinosaur controller. We'll showcase more mechanics/gameplay incrementally as part of our marketing roadmap.

There's such a high degree of anatomical realism in this Diabloceratops. You guys are putting a ton of TLC into the animals, and I can't wait to meet the rest of them!

We intend to do subtitles for most languages, the hope is for some translations too.

We need more survival horror dinosaur games
Instinction is an Action-Adventure with some horror elements, and important pillar is “Celebrate dinosaurs and interactions with them!”, but of course compelling combat and narrative too.

I hope this game is linear and has a good story
First release is linear single player campaign (with DLCs shortly after), our Narrative team consists of writers that worked on Tomb Raider and God of War, so yes story is important to us!

@@ZURKO-om3yu Last year around the time of our E3 world premier we had planned to release Q3 2022, since then we've received additional funding and expanded our team. That includes developers, artists and animators and has allowed us to build a bigger better game, we'll also be updating our website blog, socials and Steam more consistently now with new content as per our social roadmap, take a look at our new announcement on here and our new website blogs. Essentially we've transitioned from a small studio last year to a larger one with more experienced team members, and more are joining us soon 🙂
We're currently working on our vertical slice that we will share publicly with influencers and a small group of playtesters that have signed up to our playtesting via the website, when it is ready we will announce it. Feedback from these playtests will be used to improve the game experience. We are in conversations with multiple publishers and when we decide who we'd like to move forward with, where there is an ideal fit, we will also have a clearer idea of an appropriate release date. The game has gone from a 7 hour game to more than 20 hours. Once we have confirmation on final release and price, everyone will be sure to know about it.
