Because of this, there's no interstate commerce, Companies aren't able to take regular tax deductions, dispensar!es only accept cash, no cards allowed. States are also screwing it up with excessive excise taxes and other burdens placed on cannab companies. When you actually have a legal regulated market, and it's allowed everywhere, you actually have an illicit market being dwarved by the legal one, take canada as an example.
