I just made two your video is one of the most easy to follow so thank you! I appreciate you showing the process of sewing in the ends, normally people dont show that bit and I appreciate seeing where the 'proper' way to do it is!
Mine turned out well, but it's 5 inches across ,. The yarn I used was thinner than 4 ply (generic,) and I went down a hook size, so how would I make this smaller in circumstance?
If i wanted to do another row around the coaster before doing the last part where the pumkin comes together how would i do that? Would i just do an increase and increase and then dc around or two double crochet in one stitch and then two dc in next two stiches? Not sure how to do it xx

I tried using written patterns before but I would always end up with too many stitches (so the pumpkin turned out wonky..). I finally made a good looking pumpkin. I do have a question though: When I make the pumpkin the sides well up/curves and I don't know why :/
This is a wonderful video. I love the way you show all the stitches as you are doing them. However, your voice is so low I cannot hear you. Attimes it is a whisper. When I turn my volume up all the way up just to hear and then a commercial will come on and it is horribly loud. If you can just speak louder it would be perfect. Thank you

Why isn’t the bottom of my pumpkin showing up? What am I doing wrong? It just looks like a circle. I followed the stitches exactly as you said.
You probably have to "block" it. Mine is turned up all around.
