Amazingg! How big would be a good sample size though and how long should the duration be and how many number of repeats is considered valid?

AQA typically say 30+ repeats. Duration and same size depends on the context. Sometimes many years to get an average across the seasons if it's ecology for example. If its drug trials 1000+ plus would be needed for a sample size.
