No sir. You cannot use laminator instead of fusing machine. Fusing machine compress the sheet and supply constant heat

Any inkjet photo quality printer will do good job. We use epsion L800.

You can use the supporting sheet for back if you don't have any print.
What rate of machine
Does this use adhesive, or are the layers literally fused together with heat and pressure?
The outer transparent sheet has a little adhesive but not sticky. Yes they fuse together with heat and pressure.
How cen i parces this
Music is loud while voice is low. Not suitable for headphones. This video needs proper editing.

Can you please tell me the adequate temperature for making glossy cards? I am getting a yellow tint on glossy cards at temp 140 C.
We use 145 C for few sheets to 150 C for full capacity. Sheets quality can also affect so please check the instructions on sheet's packaging.
Also make sure the plates are clean.
@@WebitTutorials matte cards fuse beautifully at 150 C for the same material but for glossy the cards a yellow tint appears
Not sure what the exact problem is. We have never faced such problem. Please try further reducing the temperature. Are you trying to fuse single sheet? It takes a lot less heat to fuse less sheets so keep that in consideration as well.
If not solved you can check with your sheet supplier. They may have a solution.
Were any adhesives used for the bonding?
No. The PVC sheets melts and fuses together.

+ARUN AJITH Any Inkjet printer will work.
Printer which can take 300 micron thick sheet without trouble and epson L800,805,1800 is best suited for this purpose

We have not tried doing that. We guess it's not suitable.
Please let us know the result if you try it on heat press machine.
