- Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.
Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

I just realized they built an Aldi here going to have to stock up here. With my chronic illnesses and my husband's diabetes I'm going to have to go down each aisle and grab what I can. Buy a small deep freezer and stock it up.
If you want to ripen avocados quickly, put them with your onions. They should ripen within a day or two

I snagged the grill rug mat thing for my Blackstone and it’s perfect!
The fish street taco kit was surprisingly good! We just added shredded cabbage and guacamole to them. Not bad for a $10 meal.
We bought baby dills this week -- yummy!
The pickle cashews are deeelish!

I make homemade lunchables for my 3. For the pizza I get the mini naan bread from Food Lion or Sam's. They love it. And much cheaper.
Sam's has big bags of the dried strawberries

Can’t believe how long the floor freezer is at your Aldi! Ours is a small 4 square freezer. We don’t have near the items as you. 😕

Nice haul…but I have a question. Where did you get your dinner menu board? Did you make it or buy it? I really like to know. I’m trying to establish a dinner routine for myself
I just use a piece of notebook paper and stick it to the fridge. That way I see it and know what I need get ready for the next day. Been doing it this way for 15 years.

Pls check out Keto Rewind for some really interesting HIGH PROTEIN recipes using cottage cheese! She said she really didn't like CC and I don't either but these looked great with protein levels btwn 30-60. Going to Aldi for some CC. All were non meat options, maybe your daughter would like them. I need help with intermittent fasting. I have been fasting 16 hours a day for two years and I haven't lost an ounce. Very frustrating. Any ideas?😢
Do you scan what you eat some eat to little or to much in the eating windows ... if I try I snack a lot more than eating more regular
Maybe you need to extend your fasting period. I had trouble until I went to clean fasting. That is what helped me kick start my weight loss. Two years and haven't gained any back. I am actually still losing.
Have you tried adding a down day and and up day each week? Another idea is to add a “low carb” day.
