Wow! Maraming salamat sa tour! Sweetwater got the system down like a well-oiled machine. Their customer service is incomparable to any store in the world based on my experience. Now I know where they stash the 🍬🍭.
Thanks for sharing your experience at Sweetwater sir Perf para na rin kaming nakasama sa tour mo sa pinakamalaking music store sa mundo. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET.
The last guitar I ordered from them had a loose truss rod. Rattled like crazy the first time I strummed it. Took a full turn to get proper tension on it. If you look at the 55pt. inspection card, nowhere on it does it say anything about truss rod tension. If the neck relief is within spec, they call it good? Probably wearing headphones to test the functions of the electronics, and never hear if the guitar has any issues accuststiccally? Every system has holes in it.
@@OfficialPerfectoDeCastro I've gone through a bunch of different sales people there, just since 2019. In the end they always make it right. I spend alot there, and expect a certain level of oversight with all of my major purchases. I've had issues with almost every guitar I've bought there. If people only knew how many guitars get returned at a retailer the size of Sweetwater. In my experience with them, I'd estimate that at any given day, 35-40% of the guitars in stock have some color or finish issues that make them seconds, or they've been returned already for various reasons? If anyone needs to sell alot of "not perfect" guitars, it's them! Just imagine how many duds they must be stuck with?
That is nice man... I wish our Canadian retailer @longandmcquade would have the same process for inspection and photo taking! It's awesome to see the exact guitar you're gonna get! Thanks for the video dude! #longandmcquade
@Perfecto De Castro absolutely... taking the suppliers picture for your site and the client gets a top that looks nothing like the one shown isn't fun! Especially on something like a Les Paul for example.
I didn't know about the photo thing, so it was pretty neat when they sent me a whole bunch of pictures of a guitar I had coming to me.
Thanks for the tour, Perf
Glad you enjoyed it! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
2:51 ooohH that mustache 🤌
I have ordered guitars from 3 places online, Sweetwater, Guitar Trader, and Pro Audio Star, never had any issues...
