Ingredients:
Chicken : 500 g (tikka piece)
1)Turmeric powder : 1tsp
2)Gingergarlic paste : 2tsp
3)Curd : 10 tsp (put the curd in a stainer for 1 hr and keep it aside)
4)Cumin powder : 1 tsp
5)Garam masala : 1tsp
6)Kashmiri chilly powder : 10 tsp
7)Kasuri methi : 1 tsp
8)Lemon : 4 tsp
9)Salt : as per taste
10)Any oil : (here)Sesame oil / Ellenne : 5tsp
Mix the above ingredients with chicken and keep it in the refrigerator for some time(2 hr)
Then using charcol and skewer or grileer , apply Ghee or butter to the griller / skewer and then fry it.Watch video for better result.
