Hi may I ask if working visa and ssw visa is the same? And our school offers a student visa program. Should I apply for it or choose ssw?

There are many types of WORK visa in Japan. SSW visa is a type of WORK visa as it allows you to WORK in Japan under the SSW program. If you want to study while doing part time job - Student Visa. If you want to work full time while studying - SSW.
