My uncle has a shoe business and his import lawyer said that they usually just keep all the goods you imported not just the illegal imported items. They then will either destroy or auction off the goods that you bought. It’s pretty scummy I really hope that doesn’t happen to you. I could be wrong to though I wasn’t very intent on listening.

Canned food that has a great shelf-life and has no artificial preservatives.... Guess it might have been too healthy to sell, so they deemed it a "Bioweapon" as per the 2002 law........ Bullshit, but lesson learned..

This uniform was worn by NVA (Nationale Volksarmee/ National Peoplesarmy), but also by the Grenzgruppen der DDR (East German Border Patrol). The Grenztruppen were trained to shoot everybody in in back who wanted to escape from glorious Communism. More than 200 people were killed by their own "border patrol". This is a uniforn of shame, but, of course, historically intersting.

I don't think they'll keep the other goods. I just think they take their dear old sweet time like the inefficient government clowns they are.
