I have two G30's and want to convert one to 2WD using the motor & ESC from the other. Will this work with a dual motor design?

I don't know! But i don't see why it wouldn't!

@@G30MaxForce because the BMS communicates with the controller via 4-pin cable. If I splice the communication cable from both controllers to one battery, im afraid the battery and/or controller will be confused.

​@MikeZ8709 But you can modify one controller in firmware, in order to run it, without communication wires! That's how I would do it!

Question: if firmware is modded such that neither controller is connected to the BMS, will it still show the battery meter?
