aguero was trash in this match along with hinguan and palacio offcourse, so many times messi was waiting for him to make a well timed run, each time he failed, if argentina had dimaria this match, messi would have created one chance for him and it would have been a goal.

As fan of both Germany and Messi I have to say that Germany really deserved to win the World Cup. They reached the semis for four consecutive world cups, trashed Portugal 4-0, beat France 1-0 and trashed the host Brazil 7-1. Messi was amazing as always, but I felt Germany's team was much more complete. However, Messi accomplished his dream in 2022 and everything ended well. :)
Argentina played better in this game than Germany but Messi was not at his best like he was in the 2022 final Di Maria was injured and Higuain missed if these 3 things were different they would have beaten even Germany😎
