What if you choose to give yourself an artist name? Other than your real name when submitting your songs to music libraries. For example, like... "Digitalbrain". Can you do this? ....i know youve said to use your real name. But what if you want to give yourself an artist name. ....would love it if youd answer this question. Thanx so much for all you do. Your my fav on music licensing videos! You smoke all other channels on this subject in my opinion! Your awesome and thank you for giving us inspiration and motivation to us musicians to continue in our music journey!! You Rock!!! Oh....and one last question!!!!

Cool stuff. I'm wondering, since you got a placement on a syndicated show that will be on TV and streaming sites like JJ for probably forever, will you receive a royalty payment every time it plays somewhere?
We'll see next quarter. In this case, "syndicated" means the program is licensed out to multiple local networks - so we'll see if they keep using my track for their promos.

I don't understand why someone would pay for the library that has your track in it, and then have to pay you more when they use it on their project. How does all this work?
The TV show producer pays the Library, but then the Network pays out the PROs for your royalties. Often times it's 2 parties that are paying for the added value your music is bringing.
