HOI4 Timelapse - What if Japan had everything researched in 1936?

In this scenario we test out what would happen if Japan had everything researched in 1936. Just for the sake of it, we will also make them go to war against the Axis during the timelapse, but will they make it?
Spoiler:
The research really did wonders for Imperial Japan. Some very impressive invasions and offensives here, and they were quick enough to take out most strong nations before they were able to get all tech researched.

The key point is the naval invasion research, because it allows bigger and quicker naval invasions and since Japan deppends on their fleet for the conquests, they got a high advantage thhere.

That’s kind of ironic. Since at the start of WWII, Japan actually had the largest Navy in the world. The only one that came close was the US. But where Japan failed is their inability to modernize their ships. Alongside obvious resource issues.
