Go for the dark green bag!! I own one. It is the perfect neutral…it looks fabulous with black, camel, navy, light blue, and any autumnal colour. Also very festive with red.
I am a huge fan of YSL because of the crazy price increases other fashion houses have been having. I now have 2 YSL bags and 1 Wallet on Chain and I love them all :)
TB was my fave for a few years, over the last 2 years I have added YSL, Valentino and Chanel and Tory Burch is 100% just as good quality. My Chanel Trendy is awful quality and was 9k in Canada. Biggest regret as they are not what I had expected. Definitely staying within the 3k and under as I don't really see a big difference in quality.
Another YSL bag that I think is still good value for money is the Lou Camera Bag. I have been trying to decide between that one and the Gucci Marmont Camera bag for a long time and they used to be very similar in price but the Gucci is currently close to $1000 higher so the choice is easy now. It’s also a good time to buy a Chanel Jumbo preloved. They are a lot under retail and as interest rates go up and consumer confidence goes down I can see them getting even lower in the short term. Being Chanel they will always go up in the long term so for people who are prepared to play the long game they are still a good investment, just not new.
Loved this video! I do own two dark green bags (and catch myself looking at others all the time, including the ones from Mulberry lol), one is the Strathberry East-West and the other is the Hermès Picotin and I absolutely love both of them especially in the autumn/winter. They go really well with all neutrals, greens, and most blues, and they add interest and colour to a plain outfit while still being “neutral” enough.
I say go for the dark green Mulberry Darley. All outfits in fall colors will go well with it: camel, tan, orange, dark yellow, burgundy, off white and even gray ones. I'm eyeing the small zipped Bayswater in dark green myself.

If you would like a dark green bag look into the YSL clutch in dark green it has gold hardware too so stunning especially if you pair it with light neutral greens 😘👌🏼 🤩💚💚

ahh that is so great to know! Re: reinforcing, I didn't do it with any of these styles since they all came like that but you can get base shapers/ bag liners. It's what I use for my Chanel 19 and it makes SUCH a huge difference!

I like these bags. Especially the Chloe and the Mulberry. But I would be so worried about the mirror breaking with the Gucci woc! Also I own a small dark green crossbody, and its been my most used bag for the last 3 years. It goes with almost everything, from yellows, browns, blacks, blues, navies, pinks,whites etc. (except my red coat- that looks too Christmasy =)). So I would definitely recommend it.

I was recently gifted the YSL small Lou Lou. I noticed that the gold hardware look quite tarnished with some black sitting on top of the S and L. Is this normal? I know the gold is supposed to be rustic, not shiny but it looks very very dull!

I believe they do sell preloved items but the vast majority of items are new. If the item is preloved, they usually say clearly. But like 99% of their items are brand new.

The Tory Burch Eleanor small bag is just so elegant and beautiful! And it's not too expensive compared to most luxury bags.

I have a green mulberry and it is great in autumn/winter with beige and black. In spring it looks great with white. So classy

Oh I love it! I have a couple of Fendi styles. Not a fan of the WOC styles I've looked at but that's only because I find them crazy small!

Probably the small classic. The puffer is a little more fun to wear but the regular loulou is more classic IMO :)

I have done for travel and it doesn't sag at all. It's actually a really sturdy bag!
