It's hard to judge which song would have THE BEST lyrics because BTOB's lyrics well thought out.
BTOB has the nickname "healing idols" and it all started with the title song called "It's Okay", a comfort song for hardships. So I suggest going with that.
Another title track would be "Show Your Love" (a song about spreading love) and b-sides "It's All Good" (another comfort song for hardships) and "Thank You" (a song about just being thankful for the everyday things).

This was the song that got me into them, but Beautiful Pain is my favorite in terms of music, lyrics and video. I really appreciate the emotional variety of their ballads and the fact that they are the ones that produce/write them.

I recommend you to check out their special album "Hour Moment", all of the songs were written and composed by the members(minhyuk, hyunsik and ilhoon). The lyrics and music of those 5 songs are gorgeous and touched me every time when I play them🥲.(I love the lyrics of Butterfly in this album the most in my opinions😂)

I highly recommend Beautiful Pain when it comes to lyrics and dang the song is soooo good. Knetz even said Beautiful Pain lyrics is one of the most beautiful song lyrics that's ever been written coz it is so poetic. I dunno about Korean Language that much but even the translation is very beautiful, how much more if you directly understand Korean? Hyunsik is such a genius. He wrote this song too.
I think Beautiful Pain has been the most recommended song, so I am expecting really good lyrics from it!! :D
Hi Melody and welcome. Best lyrics definitely L.U.V. Its one of their Japanese releases and is next level. The symbolism, the vocals, the rap, the instrumentals !! The story of love and sacrifice, longing and a couple that death couldn't even separate, epic !! AND please check out Melody's theme song ITS OKAY. Its a real comforter and I am sure its every moot's (Melody friend) feel better song.

Since you mentioned wanting a collab with Mamamoo, you may already know about this, but just in case, there is a video on Solar's channel of her and Changsub switching parts live on some of their respective songs. BTOB covered “You’re the Best” and Mamamoo covered “It’s Okay,” I would recommend checking out the originals and then the covers.
My favorite lyrics from BTOB would be “It’s Okay,” “Someday,” “The Feeling,” “Friend,” “Brand New Days (Japanese),” “Show Your Love & Outsider (BTOB4U, Kingdom unit),” “Father,” and “A Winter’s Tale.” You should also check out BTOB-BLUE’s (vocal line) two songs “Stand by Me” & “When it Rains.”

Thank you so much for reacting to BTOB! I loved your reaction. They are so good at evoking emotions in the songs that I could understand without really knowing what they were saying (that's what drew me to become a Melody!). But paying attention to the lyrics makes the songs even better. Also I think most of their songs have lyrics that aren't really complex, but to the point like you mentioned. I would suggest Beautiful Pain, Someday, Climax, Be Together and Blomming Day. The last two are inspired by BTOB's journey and their gratitud towards Melody. They have so many good songs, you won't regret diving into their music. I really enjoyed your reaction, looking forward to the next one!

like most of the comments so far, definitely check out It’s Okay. that one, geeze. it will tug at your heart. my personal favorites tho are minhyuk’s Good Night (will leave you teary eyed), Dreamer (will leave you inspired and motivated) and Beautiful Pain (the metaphors used by the rappers ughhh).
but in general! theme-wise, hyunsik’s songs are usually about the beauty and pain of loving someone while minhyuk’s songs are either subtly R18 (hoooo boy, the rappers in this group srsly, whenever given the chance they love to make melodies feel hot XD) or inspirational, dramatic, songs that make you feel you’re not alone.

Rediscovering BTOB's Queen Missing You Lyrics with is making emotional 😭
I think their ballad trilogy have very interesting lyrics: It's Okay, Way back home and Remember that. These songs also was the start of their massive fame in South Korea, these songs earned them the title "healing-dols" (=idols that heal you with their songs and live performances). I would also add Someday!
My favorite lyrics from their latest album is in My Way, It's All Good and Outro: Encore.
Tbh you should check out all songs from this album! All the songs are produced by Hyunsik and Minhyuk and they are almost all FULL of emotions (some songs are more playful and shocking lol, you'll know why). It's an album they made after military, a nearly 4 years full group hiatus. They missed being together, on stage and meeting Melody. You can tell by the lyrics.
Songs with lyrics that means a lot to Melody as a fandom, they're basically love letters:
I would say Yejiapsa, Finale (Our Concert) and The Song, their songs really means more the more you get to know them.

Thank you. I love this song,too. MISSING YOU is the queen of their songs, giving them 7 music show awards and staying on the charts for a long time. BEAUTIFUL PAIN is another masterpiece..both songs written and composed by Hyunsik. Also try their Japanese song L.U.V. (Check the MV out on 1theK channel, it has eng subs) this is so deep, dark, intense..and symbolizes a lot..it's so good.
I'm glad that you were able to know BTOB on Kingdom. They really did great there despite just having 4 members that time. We all believe if they were complete in Kingdom, they would have made better performances and could have won,too.😉 Glad to say that now they are complete after a 4yr military hiatus. They did so well on Kingdom!!! Given that the show was really angled so that bigger showier performances were given a lot more attention and some of those younger boys could flip and jump like nobody's business, they held their own and put out stunning, memorable performances for every single challenge, and they turned me into a fan! Gaining fans is really the bigger point than winning on a show like that I imagine. Even so it would have been even better to see all of them together, I'm sure they'd have dominated. :)

i just watched your reactions on btob's songs, and I loved every single one of them. i also loved the way you explain the lyrics. try reacting to their song "someday", that song especially the live version made me cry. oh and try listening to "dreamer" and "climax" as well, they're one of my fav btob songs :>

If I can recommend you one song of BTOB, beside their ballad trilogy, I would suggest you to listen their song titled Butterfly (나비). It's written by Ilhoon. Ilhoon is a well-known song writer and rapper. His writing skill is mesmerizing esp when we can understand Korean language. Many people praise him for that 😊
