How much would be the cost of all these instraments in GBP? I know the prices are changing constantly but I want to know an estimated cost of the instraments.
Hi Amrita. There is no need to carry anything to exam centre. And all the things including your personal protective equipment would be available there itself. So, you just carry a white coat to don and a pen to write.. Kindly answer. Thanks
+Bhumika Sharma Hi Bhumika. You don't need to carry anything at all for the exam. All the equipment will be provided there itself. They will not be providing any personal protection except working glasses. No need to carry your white coat as well. A fully covered shoe is recommended. You can take a pen with you. All the best!
Dentalpractice101 thanks Amrutha. 🙏 as iam in India, can you please tell me how much duration is there between ore part 1 results and ore part 2. Also, did you get all your stuff for practice once you cleared part 1 or you did simultaneous preparations for both parts. This can help me to chalk out a schedule! Thanks for your patience to answer. 🙏
+Bhumika Sharma results will be announced one month after part 1 exam. So you'll have to plan for part 2 according to the next available published dates on the website. And yes I got all the instruments for parts 2 only after I cleared part 1. All the best!

+Re Minder I had similar doubts when I was starting off! Compressors can be bulky. My compressor from MR Dental was quite heavy and bulky to carry around. I needed help to carry from London to my place. If you are in the UK buy it here and use it till you finish your exams. If you are outside UK you may get to buy one in your home town.. get enough practice with it and then sell it off there itself once done with the exams...
Great work , god bless you I cleared part 1 this april , and looking for part 2 as soon as it could be , I'm a dentist for 7 years and have my own clinic in my country , what are the recommended study materials for me now to follow , and if there is any guidance regarding ore manikan .. Regards

I thought the compressor is for the day of the exam, not for prcaticing at home.(?) does the exam team provide it that day?
+Re Minder The compressor is only for your practice at home! You don't have to take any instrument to the exam. Everything will be provided!
THANKS GOD!!!!! I was going crazy you can imagine!!
