As far as I remember, in Act 1 you missed going to Shannon's workshop before meeting her, which provides a bit of backstory on Conway. There's also a museum on Mammoth Cave Road which opens up new dialog when you return to Equus Oils. You can also come back there and talk to Joseph with Shannon. There's a whole storyline you open when you meet someone there as well. In Act 2 you completely skipped exploring the map, both above ground and on the Zero. In Act 3 so far there was something at the bottom of the parking lot if you go far enough as Ezra. And then there are the interludes. There are 4 of them as of now, each released between acts (Limits And Demonstrations, The Entertainment, Here And There Along Ahe Echo, and Un Pueblo De Nada). You can get them for free from Cardboard Computer's website. I believe they will be included with the main game once it is complete.
