"Hi thanks for the question. When using the Ultra Performace Low Energy surfacers (PS108x & NS208x) adjusted for use on plastic parts it is not necessary to pre-prime. Adhesion to the plastic substrate and flexibility of the coating are provided through the use of the AZ9700 Ultra Performance Plastic Additive. For improved adhesion properties, particularly on critical plastic substrates such as e.g. PP, the use
of Cromax Plastic Adhesion Promotor 800R/800RA prior to the application of the Ultra Performance Energy Surfacer PS108x or Ultra Performance Non-Sanding Surfacer NS208x mixed with AZ9700 Ultra Performance Plastic Additiveis recommended."
