This queen was dead! (Miracle queen bees comes back to life)

I did an early bee split with a new queen bee in a queen cage, but then disaster struck and the queen died, or did she?? Folks you won’t believe what happened!

Definitely not fun! I’ve had friends lose 13 hives once. Luckily I’ve always had some survive, sometimes 80 percent or better. This year I was at 65 percent, but now I’m back up to 10 hives with splits and packages. I think 4 is a good number of hives to have, hopefully at least 2 survive the winter and one will be strong enough to make splits!!
