But we're here because we love to hear about all this crap, and it makes us feel less insignificant. So, thank you all three for lifting us up out of the gutters and giving us a boost. Have a fantastic rest of your weekend.
There are many home osmosis systems available starting at about $300, but I would go for a more reliable and higher capacity DIY solution which will run you over $500. Good commercial systems start at about $3k with many moderate volume units running $10k and above. The Katadyn Spectra system on the boat (with appropriate filter) can filter fresh and salt water but costs >$10k.
Honestly the best wedding reception meal is tacos. No one complains as its easy to keep at the right temp to stay good. Can get relatively fancy also if the couple wants to splurge.
If your worried about water quality in your area a lot of municipalities provide free testing. Counter top filter systems (gravity type) are easier to deal with. Whole house systems are for high health risk contaminants where any contact is hazardous (like you should've moved already) or softening. I have a well, good water. When I drink 'town' water that's been treated for every disease humans have ever encountered & a few others just in case, it tastes like chemical soup & gives me the grip. I'd be more concerned for that than micro amounts of the network's chemi expose dejure. Common sense water conservation & giving the EPA their fangs back might help prevent future "Revelations" from being ignored in the first place.
Ty so much, I thought it was me! I was catching hell trying to figure out Sequelize delete function to MySQL db!! I have to try it again next week.. Crazy
You cannot do whole house RO system unless your whole house is on PEX as the water is mineral-less and so will pull minerals from your metal piping causing leaks overtime

26:46 Funny seeing news from Finland on this show :D It cost 3500€ to clean the graffiti and there is also a picture of it, if you want to check it out. He painted it with his friend.
Just look up Reverse osmosis filtering kits. if you wanted to go over board a commercial Reverse osmosis Machine with tank is like $50k-$150k(at least in Texas) if your that worried about your water that much. I calculate that a perfect home(water sewerage and power covered for) now costs a minimum of $500k and the sweet spot is $750k(get like a workshop and a proper year round green house going) everything else is opulence and luxury.
Maximilien Robespierre played too many videogames on his steam-powered handheld console. His favourite was probably AC: Unity that might have been the source of his inspiration. Maybe Macron should play them too and find out how it ends.

The problem is the generative AIs have clearly shown memorization replay problems which is a copyright violation if you store an almost perfect copy of the novel or work and replay it consistently its violating copyrights and trademark law as it isn't transformative or even novel. GPT-3 can even give you random chunks of websites if given naughty inputs that cause it to have an internal meltdown. (Repeated character sequences with zero content usually cause it to explode but they are trying to filter these copyright violations out before people see them) Image generative AIs spit out garbled trademarks and watermarks both of which violate trademark laws in multiple ways and the only way to fix it would be to retrain the model to exclude those inputs. For personal use and non-commercial use there is no problem but the Google writing in their privacy policy that everything is open for AI training doesn't actually make it legal. Problem for AI companies for profit is discovery is a thing in law so they are going to get in huge trouble if it is found that they are actively trying to hide the fact the AI models are memorizing things which once trained have perfect recall and zero creativity. Generative AIs are just a fancy ML based lossy text/image/audio/video encoder with a NLP front end so under copyright law it isn't going to be considered novel.
There are absolutely whole home RO systems. Really only need it for drinking water though. I will definitely be getting an RO drinking water system and get that part that puts minerals back inot the water for taste and health.
Yep. Basically just a bigger system than the under sink ones. Some places need it because the water is so bad even showering is unpleasant. An alternative if you're lucky to live in a place with good, clean groundwater and no insane government restrictions is to just get your own bore installed. Some ground water is incredibly clean. Other places it's filled with gas from drilling. Local knowledge required.
So AI can now design hardware and write code. We also have 3D printers for pretty much any material now. Here is an idea: Put all that on the internet and let it all connect. We are so over! Unless... I WILL OBEY!

just this year i had some wanker on youtube arguing that there wasn't enough air on mars for a fan to be used as a method to fill an air tight cave. great idea as a way to build housing there, and the mars copter proves it'd work.
Actually this is a pretty good idea. Better than the other best idea I've heard for making an actually habitable location on Mars. Which was essentially to build a massive open pit mine so that the atmospheric pressure would be comparable to sea level on earth and should also likely provide the insulation to make the temps comfortable as well. It would be mostly co2 still ofc, so would need to have breathing apparatus of some sort, but shouldn't need a full space suit or anything once it's all established. Tho perhaps instead of doing that, would it be better to fill such a candidate cave with reagents that will produce enough free gas to give the cave an atmosphere? This way could also be done on the moon or really any possible colony. Bring our own atmosphere as solid reagents to then react and have the atmosphere then form as that byproduct.
@@himan12345678 reagents might be good for the very first small one, but... have you seen videos of liquid nitrogen used to produce liquid oxygen? plenty of nitrogen on mars to collect the small amount of oxygen that way. eventually a way to fill city size caves would be needed and you can't bring much with you, a few weeks supply and a co2 absorber, time enough, a few extra months, to gather a fair deal of liquid oxygen... then... plants. plants need a moderated atmosphere till they got the cave atmosphere close enough for them to survive in. so a small cave first... algae would do it, and it's edible. it's likely we'd bring at least a small nuclear reactor to keep the grow lights going. so, pumping outside air and some liquid oxygen into a cave, sprayed with elastomeric coating... then white cause that coating is usually black, will make quite a nice place. the old pulp sci-fi i used to read, from when my mom was a kid, suggested all this stuff, lacking only the nitrogen to oxygen technique, they did it from the beginning with imported air and plants. outside of the first few months, martian colonists shouldn't need a single gram more than they'd need for a months stay, if they already know where a cave network is, to permanently settle, they'd get awful tired of only eating spirulina though, further trips would need small domestic animals or meat cells for synthesising/cloning. guinea pigs would be a good source of meat, if the colonists can get over the cute factor.
