The Glyde was designed to assist with deliveries and moving product down stairs.. While it does not actively assist in upward climbing like our Powered Stair Climber, the treads are "free-wheeling" when going up stairs. This way the user can pull the Glyde Hand Truck up the stairs like they would with a standard hand truck with C5 stair climbers.
