It is April 2024 now and the group came to Gem State Academy as the Rose City Singers in 1970/ 1971 and they came all the way from Portland Oregon to sing for us. So I have heard you many year. I still have my records still. I spent my teen years in Lucy’s home church at Stateline, Oregon. Some are still alive still who were there in the 1970’s.
The year was 1972 if I remember right was the first time I watched the Heritage Singers first performance at White Memorial Church and my family and I have been blessed with their heart changing music touch every soul until now . I have a collections of their beautiful music albums from the start of their ministry still collecting them . I love Heritage Singers God bless their ministry

Eu era criança, mas me lembro de tudo.Eles chamaram as crianças para irem lá na frente ao lado do cantores e eu fui. Momento inesquecível e em outra situação eles ficaram o dia todo no Maksoud Plaza em São Paulo, capital, 1995, lá estava eu cantando ao lado deles. When I first heard the Heritage Singer they were so humble. That was 1974. I was a new believer. Just coming out of the world. I was singing worldly music. It was nice hearing sacred music. My dear brothers and sisters, please let us remember why we are here. To fear God and give GLORY TO HIM. FOR THE HOUR OF HIS JUDGEMENT HAS COME!

In the late 70s, we were privileged to see the heritage Singes in East Tennessee. Once we drove 300miles one way to see them. Bought several of there 8 tracks or tapes. So glad they are still singing!

Down through the years all of the Heritage Singers had such magnificent voices and what Max and Lucy created with the various singers over the years can never be duplicated. They just had a certain sound that was just soul touching. RIP, Max. I know Heaven's choir sounds even better with you in it.
As a Christian we keep listening to Christian songs are one of the real blessing in life that give us courage to stand firm in faith to God. I love to sing in choir too ...I sing Alto. How good it is if LLUC music department can do a virtual choir project and ask everyone all over the world to join the group 😁🙏🏻 During COVID-19 pandemic mco , I and my friends set up a virtual choir .. it's very interesting and help us get through that MCO.
