hammer's ability turns off block for the body blow to hit, it can be dodged by unblocking then dashing, or (I find this the harder way to do for me) spam block.

Little tip with freedom. If you perfect dodge, use m2 during the animation then quickly change to smash so you can use the smash m2 to damage them
If you dont understand the base bloodlust and ecstasy base is weak guard damge boodlust strong guard dmg and ecstacy is the strongest guard dmg
