Hi Jin, can I buy tourist pass in T4? Or I need to take free shuffle bus to T3 to buy?
And the bus to the city after I buy the tourist pass can be found in T4 as well, right?

Hi pirunte, yes its available at T4's Cheer Outlet look for unit #01-09 in arrival hall level. Regarding the bus to city thats correct, checkout this video ua-cam.com/video/n9oRdieEmHk/v-deo.html you can get a rough idea how to walk to T4 Bus bay. I am going there in March and will be arriving in T4. I am thinking to use visa or master card to pay for the public bus. Do you think it's available to use the card to? 🙏
@@piruncuteWelcome to Singapore! Yes i would highly recommend using a visa/mastercard for transport payment, its alot easier and less time consuming. Apple Pay & Google Pay are accepted too if your using any of those

Hello! Just wondering if you can buy cigarettes at Changi Terminal 4 duty free shop or 7 eleven after clearing immigration? Unfortunately, I'm one of the smoker type.. TIA..

Yes terminal 5 is in the process with another mall & new mrt line link to it in the future.. There is budget focus terminal etc

I will be in terminal 4 and I want to take bus to the city (the place I will be staying) which area I should wait for the bus ? And where inside the terminal I can have higher exchange rate? If I have my phone fixed and the price is around 100 SG dollars, will I get GST refund as well? Thank you

Personally i don't recommend exchanging inside airport which i had mention in the video, the rate are pretty the same and low.
From what i know, as long its above $100 SGD include GST expense its eligible for refund but there is certain requirement which you can get more info thru this link : touristrefund.sg/en/about-eTRS-eligibility.page
