In any life there is conflict; in a life where you attach money and injury to each other there is this kind of conflict. TEAHUPOO MEANS "WALL OF SKULL" the people there used to make war on other villages and were known to be very strong ! they build up a wall made of the defeted AITO's "Warrior" head skulls =) just a little clarification ... sorry for my bad English ... i speak french =S i'll try to do my best next time . Do any of y'all remember "Fear Factor"? This is one of them. Shooting the curl with NO experience at all. Oh yeah its beautiful seeing the monster curling waves. But painful----feeling the effect when you fall off the boogie board, and into the dangerous deep.

It's not the cuts so much as the lime juice, which is sour enough when you eat it, imagine it in a shredded wound. Also those coral cuts get infected so easily, and have to be scrubbed out with a toothbrush and then more antiseptic in the wound.
