Chris Scibisz You're right. Although now I have much better watches like omega and rolex but i still took one day leave just to queue up for this CASIO. During my school time Casio G-shock was very popular and I saved my pocket money to buy one and used it for many years. This is not just a watch, it come with my memories. Thanks for watching 😊

Just got mine today in UK, sold out on the 26th April uk release date, got one on ebay thankfully, this 35th year release will be a keeper ! the oldest g-shock i had owned i bought in 1993, but had no back light at all, which i always missed. this one is a beauty and no mistake, b/tooth works fine too ! no wonder you had the tears, it's a classic today. thanks for the vid and queuing !
J. Harbottle I'm happy that you got one. Same as the retailer price or more expensive on ebay? Singapore also sold out on the release date (26April). My old G-shock accompanied me during my youth time and it brought back my memories when i see this. I'm glad that you understand my feeling. thanks for watching :)

Got this Full Metal version last October 2019 and completely forgotten to wear my other swiss watches since. Its one of the best G Shock model ever created IMHO. Perfect blend of Class & Ruggedness.

I also have GW-5000, made in japan very good quality watch with screw in back case too. The rest of your collection any more 'made in Japan' ? Now most of Casio are made in Thailand/China with Japan movement only.

Only the black version is limited? Or the gold is alwell? There is also a gold and black versions with black screen. The silver normal screen i think its a not limited version. But i most say its my favorite casio now being second the gw5000.
Edit: Saw your video about thr black screen silver one. I do prefer the normal/white screen still. The gold one maybe the black screen wins. The black wins the normal screen.
João Ribeiro from what i know, the gold with normal screen is limited. The rest still got stock but not much. Different screen suit different people's taste. I preferred normal screen (looks more natural and easy to read the time).

@@GIBSONGASPER123 Same. Yellow gold does not fit my skin. Rose gold fits me better. Would be interesting seeing a copper or rose gold versions of it.

Yes, all my Rolex and Omega watches now put one side. Will wear CASIO for work. Weekend/holiday/on leave/special occasions will wear Rolex/Omega.
