I genuinely needed this today. My wife and i opened a plumbing company during covid. We are blessed and have done well. We have grown despite the struggles. I have a young man thats been with me from the beginning. More than 4 years and our relationship has deteriorated. He is probably gonna leave soon and i am broken hearted. He has personal issues and is not living right. Ive tried to help him over the years and he just isnt willing to step up and change. Im letting go and pray god blesses him and is merciful with us all.
