When affirming, you don’t need to believe them for them to manifest. You don’t even need to feel them. Sure, if you do, great, if you believe them a bit, great. But they will manifest regardless.
Pearl Ghosh you have been manifesting your whole life. Before you knew about manifesting you weren’t setting aside time to visualize, or meditate, etc. You weren’t feeling every single thing though either or necessarily full on believing.

And then you start to notice things about your beliefs around you because brain works like that. And then you get opportunities to experience what you want and you place yourself in the right position in the situation. So it makes you feel something.

Obsession: “If I miss doing the affirmations/visualizations/meditations, I’ll screw it up and my partner won’t show up.” Feel the grasping at what’s not yet here. 😄 When you’re there, when it’s close to manifesting, you do those practices because they’re fun to do. You keep learning more and more about yourself, which will only benefit the relationship that surely lies ahead of all this desire. You know the desire is done. It’s a done deal. You can play without fear because you know you can’t mess up the inevitable. You’re already so comfortable living in the end that you accept its inevitability.
Yes! The more I align with the end result internally, the less I am thinking/worrying about it and I feel much healthier for it all around! Each day I am seeing progress, and don't feel the need to affirm my beliefs so much as they are now starting to feel true :)
I hated being obsessive with my SP. I had a different one I was trying to manifest (yes, trying) when I first learned about manifesting and I got so obsessive that I manifested him dating someone else which only furthered my obsessive thoughts to where I got so stressed out about it. I finally just changed my SP (mainly because I started to like someone else) and I now understand manifesting better to where I don’t ever think about him much, only at certain times and I don’t get obsessive or stressed when I think of him. If an unwanted thought does occur (or tries to, at least), I just tell myself the opposite with an affirmation and it brings me back to the calm state again. It’s taken me two years to figure this out but I’m grateful I have 😂 thank you Shelley for another awesome and helpful video!
I've been listening to your videos for a while and have been using your SP guided meditation. A couple weeks ago I affirmed that my SP would wish me a happy birthday and he was one of the first people to wish me a happy birthday this morning!
I don't know about others, but these days mostly I feel relaxed and confident about my sp. However there are moments where I go weak and when I happen to recognise it, I try and meditate and think about some basic thought's related to us / the relationship like ' ofcourse I know he's mine, Ofcourse he loves me, Ofcourse we are already dating and we are so happy," and eventually..it makes me feel good.. We can have bad moments too! But I guess what matters is realising and changing the feeling state 💕

What to do if you feel obsessed with your manifestation.? * If you watch UA-cam videos that means you are actively manifesting and it can turn you into being obsessing about it. * Obsession is you can feel like in your body constant grasping towards your manifestation. * Sp can be a common thing to be obsessed about. You spoke my mind Shelly- I was worried about this obsession sometimes when we are trying to manifest something important !! It literally drives you crazy even when you try hard to keep calm, let go and remain in end state.
I don't know if this works but I try to manifest different things at the same time so in the end I end up not obsessing on the main thing. When the small things start to manifest that builds up my confidence and gives me the knowing that the main manifestation is also on the way.
This is definitely something I do! I manifested seeing a butterfly (because it has been a while since Ive seen one sadly), and that manifestation came in super fast. Whenever I start to doubt myself, I just remind myself of the small things Ive manifested and it helps me get back on track
I do the same. I have a secure note on my phone labeled Manifestation Trust List. I add to it each time a manifestation comes true, no matter how small. So far, since Nov last year I have manifested 24 things :)
One of your best videos! Obsession and anxiety are hard to escape, especially in relation to an SP. I have manifested some BIG SP things recently but I think limiting beliefs started to sabotage it all. Gonna work on it ☺️

Your guidance has been the most transformative ever for me! Deep personal healing really is the missing link to LOA. As a new therapist, I totally hear you. I have manifested in the past during rare phases of complete, open hearted trust. But now I see why I would always fall off the wagon; I would keep regressing to a lack of self concept. Your teachings have made something vital click into place. Self love isn't just a little self care or nominal practices. It really is a deeply profound process and I suppose it can take time. In my case, I've been trying to learn true self love for years in therapy, but it was being abandoned by my love and then finding your videos that catapulted me into the incredible euphoric, expansive spaces that is finallyyyyy truly understanding experientially the differentiation and individuation process of real self love and empowerment. 🙏🏽💖✨💎 Thank you!
I've been trying to manifest my sp for a few months now and for most of that time I used to tell myself that he's already mine or we're together and be feeling that anxious feeling and I reached a point where thinking about him did not make me feel good since it was taking a very long time and I didn't see what I was affirming to myself in my outer reality. I didn't know what I was doing wrong and I didn't realise that I was becoming obsessive. It wasn't until a week ago that I started playing a scene in my head of us together before going to sleep and really feeling this scene as if I'm physically experiencing it that I started to feel really good about my manifestation again. I hope to receive my manifestation soon.

Every time my mind is at peace, my mind instantly agrees with my manifestation. I have a specific person and my mind instantly goes “he’s mine”. All the negative thoughts come with physical discomfort so that’s how I set it a part. I only pay attention to what my mind thinks when I feel good. A peaceful mind brings power.

The receive part means that you have ultimate confidence that your desire is already here... sooooo.... feel good and if your mind needs something to chew on... use your mind to visualize the outcome... use it to create... do things you love ... solve puzzles, write... then while distracted... your desire will pop up... like What!!
@@ThePositivityPrincess I really don't believe the whole "ask believe receive" thing because it's too close to the Christian paradigm (separation from the divine) that I grew up with. That's why I follow Shelly with her teachings about the God-self and "everything is you pushed out." I'd rather be at the mercy of myself. The last part is more or less the same though

Thank you Shelly for this one. We need more on such topics. While we are manifesting, sometimes because of certain 3d reality we feel obsessed about our manifestation , particularly when we manifesting our sp. Now taking few steps back n bringing our body to feel good, relax n calm is little bit difficult but not impossible. We can make it possible. I think body and mind both should feel good, relaxed and calm. It is true that when our body is aligned with the mind with the living in the end results of being with the sp, then only we can come out with flying colors. It is not impossible, it is possible, only we need to trust the process.
You are so right! I followed the teaching of "no matter what, you have persist in you repetitions". The result? ANXIETY, DEPRESSION,... It s suppose to be natural, not to make me feel even worst. Some teaching are even dangerous

I only became obsessed with it when videos were making me monitor all my thoughts and not end your thoughts on what you dont want, and i catch myself retracing thoughts and "fixing" or "rewriting" my thoughts all day.. I was anxiety riddling.
Shelly this talk will help me being more conscious about the feelings that go along my manifestation, I may have proyected anxious feelings without noticing... It’s true right now I feel better runninrg smaller affirmations (a text, a meeting rather than a relationship)
Why is it that when we want someone who is amazing and wonderful that our minds do things we don't want ( like over thinking, having doubts and all those things that each of us has had at some point)❤ But when we are around someone we have no interest in our mind is more controlled and less likely to have the doubts that we get with our sps. 🤔 Learning everything we do when we learn about l.o.a/manifesting helps us understand our relationships with everyone so much better ( everyone is you pushed out) I'm going to have an amazing time with my sp, and will not let myself do any of what i did before. Even though I'm feeling so relaxed ( god state) about him, I know how important it is to keep the with the practices that we are learning. I manifested a free house plant in two days. I had a strong desire for more because I'm on a house plant kick right now. It was a feeling where I felt not anxious but a bit impatient, but it went away because I had other things I needed to focus on. Two days later, someone left a neglected snake plant in my lobby, so I took him home to bring him back to health. It was a reminder that my big manifestations are mine because of the strong desire I have, so I only need to persist. I'm going to focus more on self concept now, and here and there I'll visualize the end result, only because it feels good to think about it.
Excellent advice. I feel that how you feel is the key. The Secret. And this was a great video right after your last video. If I start obsessing, and I catch myself at times, then it's time to enter in god mode. For me, at least, it brings a sense of calm and even freedom. Freedom from having to have and instead, freedom to just receive. My end feeling, most of the time, is simply a... feeling. I do visualize and affirm and... I work on things. But in the end the knowing is not any of those. It's just a feeling. It's quite nice. Who knew?
I’ve noticed that the better I feel the faster my manifestations come to pass. I feel like obsession and anxiety take up a lot of energy and in my mind it helps me to think that energy is being used up and subtracting from my manifestation which helps with letting go a big.
To avoid obsession ,turn your attention towards urself and work on things that u actually need for yourself. Also feel that everyone loves to be with u and that you are the one who is gng to be obsessed by many. This actually helps manifest fast and also we feel calm and lucky.😊😊
I really need this. I wonder why I was so I obsessed with him. I was like spellbound and there’s a sexual undercurrent even when I am just thinking about him. So I looked at our synastry chart. Well his Pluto conjunct my Ascendant (in Libra) and his Sun in Libra also conjunction both my Pluto and Ascendant within 2 degrees orb. I feel this magnetism between us. The first time that triggered this feeling was last July. Mercury was in retrograde. Now I watch Netflix (free trial) to distract myself from thoughts of him. I want to be free and I want him to be free too. I feel we might have a past life connection. I also used the wish fulfilled state to be more calm. Even though in the physical reality we are separated, in the non physical we are always connected. I keep a journal of the times that we interact whether face to face or when he texted me the way I want him to text me. But I think of him the first thing I get up and thoughout my day. I do not know if this is unconditional love or just being obsessed. I do not have the need for him to be in my life. I just want him to acknowledge that he must have felt what I felt and even if we can’t have a relationship, it doesn’t change those intense emotions I have for him. 💁🏻♀️
I totally agree about the body thing. If I don’t feel good in my body emotionally then I decide that I don’t want to manifest that way. That’s why my larger manifestations that I’m a lot more emotionally invested in have taken longer because I want to feel good when I have them and not trigger my old stories.
Affirmations are not you convincing yourself, they are repeating them until your body feels it’s truth and then dropping them. You don’t need to always remain in the state, for those who watch Joseph Alai. It removes the anxiety of always remaining in the state

I don't know if this works but I try to manifest different things at the same time so in the end I end up not obsessing on the main thing. When the small things start to manifest that builds up my confidence and gives me the knowing that the main manifestation is also on the way.

This is definitely something I do! I manifested seeing a butterfly (because it has been a while since Ive seen one sadly), and that manifestation came in super fast. Whenever I start to doubt myself, I just remind myself of the small things Ive manifested and it helps me get back on track
I do the same. I have a secure note on my phone labeled Manifestation Trust List. I add to it each time a manifestation comes true, no matter how small. So far, since Nov last year I have manifested 24 things :)

I have manifested in the past during rare phases of complete, open hearted trust. But now I see why I would always fall off the wagon; I would keep regressing to a lack of self concept. Your teachings have made something vital click into place.
Self love isn't just a little self care or nominal practices. It really is a deeply profound process and I suppose it can take time. I've been trying to manifest my sp for a few months now and for most of that time I used to tell myself that he's already mine or we're together and be feeling that anxious feeling and I reached a point where thinking about him did not make me feel good since it was taking a very long time and I didn't see what I was affirming to myself in my outer reality. I didn't know what I was doing wrong and I didn't realise that I was becoming obsessive. It wasn't until a week ago that I started playing a scene in my head of us together before going to sleep and really feeling this scene as if I'm physically experiencing it that I started to feel really good about my manifestation again. I hope to receive my manifestation soon.

Every time my mind is at peace, my mind instantly agrees with my manifestation. I have a specific person and my mind instantly goes “he’s mine”. All the negative thoughts come with physical discomfort so that’s how I set it a part. I only pay attention to what my mind thinks when I feel good. A peaceful mind brings power.

Alien baby.... I see what you mean.. but remember u must detach from outcome. In Loa the 3 steps are ask, believe, receive. The receive part means that you have ultimate confidence that your desire is already here... sooooo.... feel good and if your mind needs something to chew on... use your mind to visualize the outcome... use it to create... do things you love ... solve puzzles, write... then while distracted... your desire will pop up... like What!!

That's why I follow Shelly with her teachings about the God-self and "everything is you pushed out." I'd rather be at the mercy of myself. The last part is more or less the same though

While we are manifesting, sometimes because of certain 3d reality we feel obsessed about our manifestation , particularly when we manifesting our sp. Now taking few steps back n bringing our body to feel good, relax n calm is little bit difficult but not impossible. We can make it possible. I think body and mind both should feel good, relaxed and calm. It is true that when our body is aligned with the mind with the living in the end results of being with the sp, then only we can come out with flying colors. It is not impossible, it is possible, only we need to trust the process.
You are so right! I followed the teaching of "no matter what, you have persist in you repetitions". The result? ANXIETY, DEPRESSION,... It s suppose to be natural, not to make me feel even worst. Some teaching are even dangerous

I only became obsessed with it when videos were making me monitor all my thoughts and not end your thoughts on what you dont want, and i catch myself retracing thoughts and "fixing" or "rewriting" my thoughts all day.. I was anxiety riddling.

Why is it that when we want someone who is amazing and wonderful that our minds do things we don't want ( like over thinking, having doubts and all those things that each of us has had at some point)❤
But when we are around someone we have no interest in our mind is more controlled and less likely to have the doubts that we get with our sps. 🤔

I manifested a free house plant in two days. I had a strong desire for more because I'm on a house plant kick right now. It was a feeling where I felt not anxious but a bit impatient, but it went away because I had other things I needed to focus on. Two days later, someone left a neglected snake plant in my lobby, so I took him home to bring him back to health.
It was a reminder that my big manifestations are mine because of the strong desire I have, so I only need to persist. I'm going to focus more on self concept now, and here and there I'll visualize the end result, only because it feels good to think about it.
Excellent advice. I feel that how you feel is the key. The Secret. And this was a great video right after your last video. If I start obsessing, and I catch myself at times, then it's time to enter in god mode. For me, at least, it brings a sense of calm and even freedom. Freedom from having to have and instead, freedom to just receive. My end feeling, most of the time, is simply a... feeling. I do visualize and affirm and... I work on things. But in the end the knowing is not any of those. It's just a feeling. It's quite nice. Who knew?

I’ve noticed that the better I feel the faster my manifestations come to pass. I feel like obsession and anxiety take up a lot of energy and in my mind it helps me to think that energy is being used up and subtracting from my manifestation which helps with letting go a big.

I really need this. I wonder why I was so I obsessed with him. I was like spellbound and there’s a sexual undercurrent even when I am just thinking about him. So I looked at our synastry chart. Well his Pluto conjunct my Ascendant (in Libra) and his Sun in Libra also conjunction both my Pluto and Ascendant within 2 degrees orb. I feel this magnetism between us. The first time that triggered this feeling was last July. Mercury was in retrograde. Now I watch Netflix (free trial) to distract myself from thoughts of him. I want to be free and I want him to be free too. I feel we might have a past life connection.
I also used the wish fulfilled state to be more calm. Even though in the physical reality we are separated, in the non physical we are always connected. I keep a journal of the times that we interact whether face to face or when he texted me the way I want him to text me. But I think of him the first thing I get up and thoughout my day. I do not know if this is unconditional love or just being obsessed. I do not have the need for him to be in my life. I just want him to acknowledge that he must have felt what I felt and even if we can’t have a relationship, it doesn’t change those intense emotions I have for him. 💁🏻♀️
I totally agree about the body thing. If I don’t feel good in my body emotionally then I decide that I don’t want to manifest that way. That’s why my larger manifestations that I’m a lot more emotionally invested in have taken longer because I want to feel good when I have them and not trigger my old stories.
Affirmations are not you convincing yourself, they are repeating them until your body feels it’s truth and then dropping them. You don’t need to always remain in the state, for those who watch Joseph Alai. It removes the anxiety of always remaining in the state
