There's very little known about Frank , I met him as a toddler, My father's name is BIG WILLIE from Port Chester N.Y. he managed a go- go bar on Main Street near Williams St. My father and him were associates in business, BIG WILLIE got killed by state troopers 10/19/81 that's when Frank also checked out
