Recently I have bought padded backpack to carry laptop and hooded blue sweatshirt. Good as C&A shop. Keep smiling and signing videos. I have mixed hearing loss. Have great days.
I used to hate Primark because of the quality was so bad and poor on the clothes in some years ago, can't remember when. But about last year or two years ago, I think, I fell in love with Primark! I love PJs mostly. I can't remember which clothes I got from Primark but very good quality and cheap!
I know you said you want to save money but maybe you could do Fat Face Haul if you like? This shop is so fabulous but expensive :/

Also, i use asl and some of your signs like "really" are used for different words in asl.
Your sign for "really" = our sign for "stop"
