Have you caught Pinky's in that spot before? Ive caught heaps of Pinky's like 5 minutes West from there behind the reef that lines up point peron and garden island. The Cockburn sound snapper ban now goes all the way out to the five fathom bank so that shuts down any Pinky's for alot of us ☹️. They should have kept the sound the sound. Next they will extend it to bloody Africa.
We have caught some small ones in the daytime so we were hoping some bigger ones might come out after dark. Also because of the size of my boat I wasn't to keen to head outside due to the wind plus not so familiar with the area out from there. Usually head out from dawesville when going outside
@@saltydaz1088 launching at point peron and heading out behind the reef near the marker and heading behind garden island have produced lots of quality fish over the years. Just need swell under 2m and winds under 10knots as a rough guide. I caught a 18kg Dhuey in my 3.8 tinny one night out there. Love your vids keep em coming and keep laughing yew!🤘oh and point peron you can flush/wash your boat down too.
