I like all 3 systems, but I also believe "like works best with like." In other words, Roco products work best with Roco gear, Märklin with Märklin, etc. I think the CS3 has more high-end capabilities, but 98-99% of their capabilities are identical and work in the same general way. Roco is now making dual-system decoders (programmed MM and DCC). in my CS3, if I leave the Roco loco as DCC I get all the functions. If I load it as MM, so I just load it DCC. I have not had any issues yet. It is all good, and we have great choices to choose from! Great video and show! Best wishes!

Hello Anthony! That is how I see it too, each manufacturer's command station will work best with their own decoders.
      Thanks for watching!!!

The only problem with Rocos Z21 is that it does not have Mac adress so i cannot upgrade the system if there are new higher version to upload with my Imac computer.

Hello!! I did not know that!! I use an IPad as a controller sometimes and my son uses his IPhone when he plays, but the upgrades I always do over my laptop or the updater app on my phone...have you tried doing it over your IPhone? Maybe that works....
