I take care of my grandmother, she has terminal cancer that's not reversible.. some days I hate myself, simply because I don't feel like I'm good enough for her. I do everything I possibly can to care for her, and I never feel like it's enough.. But today, I learned to love myself.

I can understand what you are going through. I would say the same thing to myself for awhile. But slowly I started to realize the good in myself.
