Though I have some gripes with LOK related to its story I can never knock the animation itself. It is wonderfully executed! And seeing how much expression and movement is put in just these storyboards is proof of that enough :O I love watching the process behind animation, and these are so detailed.
I'm studying storyboarding and am really curious about how you decide which colors to represent each character in a given scene. Is yellow generally used for the focus of the shot?
7:48 No matter how many times or ways I see this scene, I think of a famous martian saying "Where's the Kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth shattering Kaboom"
I love seeing these really. I cant express how much I like your work, your style lines, poses anatomy, everything is stylized but looks natural and beautiful, I really really LOVE it
Oh my God..I’m so glad this stumbled upon my thumbnail.. It always inspiring to watch process of making animations. love everything in this, the character experience, their pose and movement.. I hope to be as good as you someday!
these are really fantastic and inspiring, man! you do a lot of individual motions of limbs, parallax and fade outs in your boards. do you use toonboom? flash? those are also things you can only have by doing the animatic right in the program. Did you do that instead of handing it off to an editor? Really amazing stuff :D
I’m studying storyboarding. My professor sent me this link. Great work. I’m working in Storyboard Pro as well.
How’s the story boarding coming along?
