They really need to add more body types. We need some feminine hour glass shapes and slimmer options. The current torso looks like that of a child, which just seems really weird considering our avatar is supposed to be the same age as the Soul Riders, who are young adults. They've added bulk in a way that looks more like a sack of potatoes, than actual womanly curves. I completely agree with you about the running animation needing work. The ridden animations need a lot of work too.. the riders legs seem to be very straight and stiff. It looks especially bad in the faster paces. I don't understand why they stand up so high in the stirrups and don't take a forward seat. It looks really odd. You pointed out about the hips moving and while that might look nice during a sitting trot, it didn't look right when the horse was just walking. Same for her shoulders.. there's too much movement. I would also like to have the rider's idle animations toned down. Just seems like she fidgets too much. I really like the new hair though!
all the body types look fat like not everyone has a belly they have gone from super skinny to give everyone a belly lol i dont like it. and squished together the bodies feels like they should be taller if they r gonna make them tubby. yeah they have done it so everything gets bigger as u change body type instead of say big thighs small waist, they have done it so if u have big thighs u have big waist big everything which is weird

Yes I agree with everything! It would also be nice if we could have the option to choose our bust size, because not everyone is flat chested. However, I do understand why star stable wouldn't add that in-game, but I feel that if we had the option whether or not we want it then that would be great
Definitely agree that some thinner body types are needed, as none of these new ones represent the way I see my character. Also, I'd really like sso to create a system where we can buy "contacts" - in other words, purchase eye colors the same way we can makeup or hair to equip whenever we want.

@Idotic Moron how about no. I'm not paying star coins repeatedly to change the eye color. There's nothing wrong with requesting a new, useful system that would be helpful to everyone. You obviously don't understand the concept I'm trying to get across. It's just an idea for how the character can purchase all of the available eye colors and equip them, just like we can makeup. It's rather obvious to me that we don't need contacts and that it isn't real life- I was using the term as a metaphor for what the system would essentially allow. Or did you not know that people buy purely cosmetic contacts to change the color of their eyes?

This definitely has some ways to go still. And I too would prefer if our character had a more quiet idle animation both on the horse and off. Besides this, I like how this is coming along so far.
It's absolutely amazing how more plus sized body types are being included and welcomed into the SSO community. However, as someone with a slimmer/ hourglass figure irl and in game, I and I'm sure many other people would really appreciate it if more body types along the lines of hourglass and slimer figures were added so there is more of a variety. Again, really happy about the inclusivity with the new body types so far, but star stable, if you see this, please add some more body types!!
I think with the trot the rider looks very unconfident and feels like the horse might just start bucking, but overall i think the new characters are looking good, and i agree that the model should look more feminine like more curves and possibly more in the chest area but i really like how much effort is shown in the making of these. Like the things you said in the video: the little clipping issues, certain animations, and a little more body types are things I've seen discussed a lot in the community since the beta testing started. So, I'm sure SSO will take their time to perfect those hiccups and suggestions. I also like how you featured different body types, skin color, and hair styles in different outfits. Star Stable is going to look so diverse with all these new options! I agree on the shoulder rolling animation, it looks a little weird. If it was more subtle, that would be lovely. And with the hair I've seen loads of different styles and colors and they look fantastic! The only ones that I've seen that were a little off were the same style that you wore throughout the video. The greenish tint around the back of the head looked weird. Looking at how the old one was, it's the same way, but it doesn't stand out too much with the old one. Same thing with the purple color of that same hair style. The lighter purple around the back of the head looks like it's a weird shine effect that doesn't really blend into the rest of the hair. I think that's my main "complaint" about the new hair styles. Unrelated to the video: your voice is super nice! It's very clear, sweet, and energetic!
I agree with the various points you made on what you would like to see. I would also like for the characters to have different heights. Your idea on the slider bar was excellent! I hope they keep the character posting on the trot while riding. Love the hairstyles, also!
Maybe there can be a "Turn Off Animations" setting. I also think it would be great if we would be more collected with the horse and if we could two-point in the jump for example. I would also love it if there could be a posting trot and a sitting trot.

Personally im not a fan of the new character i do like the body types and the better hairs, but i like the current characters better. I would also LOVE to see male characters
I absolutely love the new hairstyles and I love how much variety there is to choose from as well as the new spectacular makeup choices and how they make the faces look different and more customized. I think we definitely need more choices of body types, some more slim ones especially, I think we should also be able to choose in some way like a sliding bar how curvy the character is like a little more hip/chest if people want to make it truly resemble and capture their real selves. I also think that the few body types we do have are very disproportionate on the top and bottom halves of the body and should become more consistent. But overall, its a great idea to do the update and I am so happy we get to choose our characters so much more than before, it will really make the game seem realistic and have variety between everyone with all the new customization options, THX SSO!
Wow! I had no idea you made SSO videos! I used to watch back in 2016 when you made Breyer horse content 🖤 *Some feedback from me on the new characters:* I definitely would prefer if they made a skinnier body type- since I am not a big girl! Maybe a more fit/buff body type as well. I'd also love to see some more diverse body shapes (rectangle, hourglass etc). As for the face, I would SO love if we could change the eyes, nose, and lips independently- since I am not sure there's any face that really fits my character! Most of the hairstyles look great- I would love if they fixed the long straight hairstyle since it looks too... curly. It's my absolute favorite hairstyle, I have kept it for YEARS at this point 😥 I agree with you on the chest size, I wish we could adjust that! Also, the idle animations- our character moves too much LOL. Other than all that, I am actually quite excited about these new characters, they do look amazing so far- just, clearly need more thought and work! Thank you for making this video! Over all all that you said was on point and what I was thinking about them, but also that idea of adjusting the chest and other areas is a good idea, and also of some slimmer body’s and also body’s that have different levels of muscling on them too could be great
I think with the amount of comments asking for skinnier body types, I think they will be added so nothing to worry about. I think SSO forgot that being skinny is also an insecurity but there's many skinny people or simply people who'd rather want a skinnier character but yeah. I have no doubt about sso changing it, but that does mean they have to, once again fit every single peice of clothing onto those body types. Might aswell be in the works atm.
I agree with a lot of the animation points you made. Namely the looking out animation with the hand on the forehead, I personally find it really ridiculous and I do not like it at all lol. I also like your point that the character should also look behind the horse as they back it up. As far as body types, I totally agree we need slimmer body types, but I also hope we can have some really muscular and athletic body types. It would also be great if we could adjust chest size like you said from flat to busty, and adjusting height would be awesome too, to make the character both shorter and taller than the current beta height. Lastly, it would be awesome if, along with the idle animations, we could also choose idle ways to stand still, such as crossing arms, crossing one leg over the other, holding one arm, holding hands on the hips, etc.
They could work on the trot animation a little more and the jump animation. I would like to see a little more hair moment when the character is walking and running. Also the hair movement in Idle animation or emotes. Same with riding I like to see the hair blowing I think it would look great.
See, I honestly like the updated model except for one thing, the butt. It just doesn't look right? I also hope that they do more thinner molds too, some people don't have any curves at all and it would be cool to see that in the game too. ^_^ I do like where this is going though, love the range of skin tones!

I wish They had It to where You can select your personality and your character did that like as in If your character is confident Your character would every once in a while your character would put their hand on their hip...or If your character was Interested in music your character would put on headphones (Silver) and pull out their phone then listen to music. I really wish that they would have chose to keep the style closer to the one we have with the current character, and then add more diversity on from there. It just does not feel like the star stable style and character we know and love. @sareya.so posted an edit a year or two ago on her take on what the updated characters would look like, and that is more what I was expecting. The updated characters just feel like npc's and they have nothing that makes them really stand out. I feel like they should fit in more with the main characters (That being the Soul Riders and Dark Riders) since our characters are technically main characters/Soul Riders. Instead of having a happy charismatic charm you'd expect, (especially in a 'kids' game) they just look depressed and bland. I think it would have been better to go with a more cartoonish, friendly face for the new characters, (like the characters we have now) The updated characters currently do just not feel like the Star Stable we know and love. One of the things I love about Star Stable is it’s unique and gorgeous art style of the horse, Scenery, and our beloved characters, and I really don’t want to loose that. The cute young teens running around Jorvik was always my favorite thing, but now the updated characters give more of a feeling of depressed adults trapped inside toddlers bodies instead of the cute horse girl teenager that we should have. The new characters have just completely lost the feeling of Star Stable, and it’s really sad. Change can be good but so is stability, and in this case stability is what we need as far as design and art style. There also needs to be a better representation of skinnier body types. As somebody who is skinnier, I feel sad that I don’t really have a body type that represents me anymore. I wish they would have the option to have the same or very similar body type to the one we have now, that’s of course updated. There should also really be slimmer face shapes and noses, as of right now there is little to no options for those with small and slim faces and noses. I don’t mean to sound Whiny, because I know they’re trying their bests, but this game just means so much to me and I want to see it flourish and prosper! I don’t want to see the fun, cute, bubbly characters style that the Star Fam has come to love for the past 11 years just be thrown away. This girl, this character is my childhood, she helped me through the tough times and she brought me so much joy over the years, and I want her update to do her justice. Although she is just a pixel girl to most, to me she is so much more, almost like a old and dear friend, and I hate to see her turned into this middle aged adult/ toddler like women. As much as I am eager for the characters to get updated I’d much rather wait longer and achieve a more perfected and in a similar style character to the characters we have in game now, before releasing it into game. I know this is still in beta but when the character is riding, it doesn’t look like they are holding the reins but the rest is just amazing and im super excited!
I definitely think they are way to bouncy for when the horses are moving at a slower pace. I would want it to be more smooth and less bouncy. And for the short stop I think the character stays in place a little to much maybe if she moved with a little more force like the horse it would be better. And I also noticed when the character was running the hair at the top was staying in place but at the bottom was moving I think the hair needs to move more all over than just in once place. And I agree with over people in the comments with more skinner body types they all seem very bulky.But over all I am excited for the update❤
I think the new character update looks great, but they should add props, like you could be holding an umbrella for instance, or a plush teddy bear, and that maybe you can have an npc foal following your horse, or make it so you can do more animations with the horses and foals
I think it would be very good to have freckles, and possibly be able to change the facial features separately, like, nose, mouth, eyes and mix and match them!
I really love the hair, I think star stable have done an amazing job on that! I agree with comments regarding new body shapes being unflattering and there isn't one option that is that feminine. All of the options seem to scale up body weight but it's all bottom heavy, the shoulder width doesn't change and there isn't much added to the torso. Perhaps it would be better to focus on different body shapes, such as pear shape or hour glass etc rather than just focusing on weight? Totally agree with comments about character running, it kind of looks like we're waddling. It would be nice if we could also mix and match nose and mouth rather than just have them static to one specific face shape, like you can in other games like Sims and Dreamlight Valley. In fact, if I were to give critique on how to get character diversity correct (body shape, customisation etc etc) I would just point star stable to Dreamlight valley because it's the best I've seen in a long time.
We definitely need more womanly body shapes because as you get older of course, you get a little more curvy or your body shape is more pronounced rather then when ur a child pretty much flat up and down, I also think that height would be a good option, as well as changing your appearance and horse manes/tails to be free as honey had said. One of the main things I want though is for your character to lean forward rather then backward when your horse is rearing, as you’d do in real life. I also think the anatomy of the character needs some work ex: broader shoulders. I feel as if for the body shapes, starstable is aiming for more of a kid approach though as the storyline states we are 18 and I don’t want that as a player. Overall I know this is only beta and sso is doing a wonderful job, this is also just my opinion.
I believe they could possibly add a body scale. As for the animations, maybe make the walk and run not look as bubbly. Also, for the animation and rear, I believe they should make the character lean forward more, considering that’s more realistic.

I honestly love that the new beta test is finally coming out I think that the riders have needed an update, but I do agree with some of the things you are saying about the few bugs that need to be worked out!!!!
Everything is perfect love it. But i am just looking up to the little hands/legs bugs, and i hope it'll be fixed Before the update. Obviolusly it's not official yet but i am believing it'll be a big change for the star stable players. It'll not be the old star stable anymore :') Love your vids!!
I’ve noticed some clipping around the neck where I can see some skin but so far other than the stuff you said that needed some more work that’s all, I’m starting to really like the new character!
Hi honey, I love your videos and for the new update I think for like beginners of star stable. They should be able to choose different breeds of horses when they first start just like in the mobile game with the different breeds of horses for you to raise also I love body types, but they could be a little bit more work with it
I hope the new characters will smile a little bit sometimes and I really hope they can jump and there will be a dance button to dance everywhere you want. I think they should add stuff like freckles, different skin types, heterocromia, better riding animations, more body types, being able to change noses separately from head shape, & lower cost of character change! 🤍
Ive said this other channels so I’m going to say it here too. I wish they had skinner body types, smaller chest and waist. It’s good to have bigger body types but we also need smaller ones for our skinner folks, and it’d be nice to have some more face shapes
3:09 I love how they updated the starter hair one thing is I notice alot of the head wear like those fripp ears go right through some hair styles, If they werent going to work on that i think it'd be nice for it to blend in not pop out
I love the new character options! But I would have to agree with honey, the standing of the character shouldn’t have so many movements along with having less animations of the rider on the stationary horse. (Also I really would like a post trot animation, but that might just be me)
Most of the things you have mentioned in the video reflect my opinion too, I love the new update but maybe the developers can make some more changes to the characters, however they have done some impressive things. Keep up the fantastic work.
I do think a more softer animation would look nice as well, and I do agree with having the options to change your looks for either free or JC and not SC. Alot of the items do cost SC(like the horses and pets) and it would be nice to have the option to pay with JC for changing horses hair and main or even the character that way new players or those who are monthly can change with out worry(and as someone who rps that would be nice to change with out paying)

Hey honey loved the vid - I rlly like the body type variation but as a skinnier person I would like more skinnier type , more eye types , brow types , and the option of hetrochromia, and they can improve on the run , less hip movement in the run , and less charachter idle animation . Other than that rlly good
I agree with you on saying that they should just sit calmly on the horse. For the trot, they should make the character do the rising trot like we do IRL and I saw the jump on a different UA-camr, they should go forward when their jumping they should also do the pat on the side of them and when they taking care for their horse they should do what people do IRL.
While the hair and fat and skin tones are fantastic I would change how the rider sits on the horse especially with the jumping animation. Otherwise so far great work and I'm so proud of the team working on this.
Like the more expressive eyebrows and all the new eye colors and hairs but for the body types I really want them to keep the original body type because I like that much better than the new ones

I totally agree on the body types. They need to add more slimmer ones. The running looks a bit weird and wobbly, the walk is something I do like. The getting on the horse could be a bit more realistic, since she indeed 'flies' up. When the characters are riding they seem to move a lot with their hands especially in the galop. I hope they make the riding animations a bit more realistic. Other than that, it looks good to me and I can't wait until they're finished!
I think that the new character are great, they just need some more movements. Like movement in the strip, the foot just stays still and looks a bit funny. Also to make the jump position, and when the new character is on a horse galloping her back is behind the saddle. Please Star stable when the new character is launched let it be free to costumemize the character for one change. Thanks sso
I like the animations but I wish there was a button in the setting so you can choose how you trot that way you can sit trot,rise trot and double sit trot(sit 2 strides then rise on the 3rd stride) that would be better then you can have a trot to suit your discipline and then sit trot for bareback,dressage(even tho you still rise in dressage) and western

I’m so happy with the beta characters, specially the skin tones, I’m naturally very pale (I’m not sick xD) so I’m really happy that they added the pale tones and darker tones :)
I believe that instead of pulling the reins when the horse rears, the character should lean up and "hug" the neck of the horse (how you do when a horse rears irl and to avoid pulling on the reins.), and that the rider should have their hands further up on the horses mane when in full gallop instead of sitting normally and pulling with a two point seat.
I think they should have more different body types, or maybe be able to customize it more somehow although I’m not sure how they would be able to do that
More skinny body types, like a bit earlier within the beta testing, adding more like hip definitions, nose styles, and more hairstyles that don’t look bulky and go well with the body types
One more thing to be able to make your character be like a little bit more taller or shorter like some of the NPCs are really tall so I feel like we should be able to make us taller or shorter
the new characters are really good there are some improvements that are needed like they need to add more slimmer bodies and i also wish that we could chang the size of the character
I like how the skin tones and the eyes look so far. Definitely agree that they need a body size similar to how the characters look now. Also hope they fix the chest size. Even on the bigger body types they look flat. They look like they are squished and pushed to the side and not very natural in my opinion.

They look amazing. Also, LOVE THE NEW HAIR. So my feedback is that they should keep them as they are, or have an option that we can keep them as they are, or do the new ones. I agree with the various points you made on what you would like to see. I would also like for the characters to have different heights. Your idea on the slider bar was excellent! I hope they keep the character posting on the trot while riding. Love the hairstyles, also!
Maybe there can be a "Turn Off Animations" setting. I also think it would be great if we would be more collected with the horse and if we could two-point in the jump for example. I would also love it if there could be a posting trot and a sitting trot.

Personally im not a fan of the new character i do like the body types and the better hairs, but i like the current characters better. I would also LOVE to see male characters
I absolutely love the new hairstyles and I love how much variety there is to choose from as well as the new spectacular makeup choices and how they make the faces look different and more customized. I think we definitely need more choices of body types, some more slim ones especially, I think we should also be able to choose in some way like a sliding bar how curvy the character is like a little more hip/chest if people want to make it truly resemble and capture their real selves. I also think that the few body types we do have are very disproportionate on the top and bottom halves of the body and should become more consistent. But overall, its a great idea to do the update and I am so happy we get to choose our characters so much more than before, it will really make the game seem realistic and have variety between everyone with all the new customization options, THX SSO!

*Some feedback from me on the new characters:*
I definitely would prefer if they made a skinnier body type- since I am not a big girl! Maybe a more fit/buff body type as well.
I'd also love to see some more diverse body shapes (rectangle, hourglass etc).
As for the face, I would SO love if we could change the eyes, nose, and lips independently- since I am not sure there's any face that really fits my character!
Most of the hairstyles look great- I would love if they fixed the long straight hairstyle since it looks too... curly.
It's my absolute favorite hairstyle, I have kept it for YEARS at this point 😥
I agree with you on the chest size, I wish we could adjust that! Also, the idle animations- our character moves too much LOL.
Other than all that, I am actually quite excited about these new characters, they do look amazing so far- just, clearly need more thought and work!

Over all all that you said was on point and what I was thinking about them, but also that idea of adjusting the chest and other areas is a good idea, and also of some slimmer body’s and also body’s that have different levels of muscling on them too could be great
I think with the amount of comments asking for skinnier body types, I think they will be added so nothing to worry about.
I think SSO forgot that being skinny is also an insecurity but there's many skinny people or simply people who'd rather want a skinnier character but yeah. I have no doubt about sso changing it, but that does mean they have to, once again fit every single peice of clothing onto those body types. Might aswell be in the works atm.

I agree with a lot of the animation points you made. Namely the looking out animation with the hand on the forehead, I personally find it really ridiculous and I do not like it at all lol. I also like your point that the character should also look behind the horse as they back it up. As far as body types, I totally agree we need slimmer body types, but I also hope we can have some really muscular and athletic body types. It would also be great if we could adjust chest size like you said from flat to busty, and adjusting height would be awesome too, to make the character both shorter and taller than the current beta height. Lastly, it would be awesome if, along with the idle animations, we could also choose idle ways to stand still, such as crossing arms, crossing one leg over the other, holding one arm, holding hands on the hips, etc.
They could work on the trot animation a little more and the jump animation. I would like to see a little more hair moment when the character is walking and running. Also the hair movement in Idle animation or emotes. Same with riding I like to see the hair blowing I think it would look great.
See, I honestly like the updated model except for one thing, the butt. It just doesn't look right? I also hope that they do more thinner molds too, some people don't have any curves at all and it would be cool to see that in the game too. ^_^ I do like where this is going though, love the range of skin tones!

I wish They had It to where You can select your personality and your character did that like as in If your character is confident Your character would every once in a while your character would put their hand on their hip...or If your character was Interested in music your character would put on headphones (Silver) and pull out their phone then listen to music. I really wish that they would have chose to keep the style closer to the one we have with the current character, and then add more diversity on from there. It just does not feel like the star stable style and character we know and love. @sareya.so posted an edit a year or two ago on her take on what the updated characters would look like, and that is more what I was expecting. The updated characters just feel like npc's and they have nothing that makes them really stand out. I feel like they should fit in more with the main characters (That being the Soul Riders and Dark Riders) since our characters are technically main characters/Soul Riders. Instead of having a happy charismatic charm you'd expect, (especially in a 'kids' game) they just look depressed and bland. I think it would have been better to go with a more cartoonish, friendly face for the new characters, (like the characters we have now) The updated characters currently do just not feel like the Star Stable we know and love. One of the things I love about Star Stable is it’s unique and gorgeous art style of the horse, Scenery, and our beloved characters, and I really don’t want to loose that. The cute young teens running around Jorvik was always my favorite thing, but now the updated characters give more of a feeling of depressed adults trapped inside toddlers bodies instead of the cute horse girl teenager that we should have. The new characters have just completely lost the feeling of Star Stable, and it’s really sad. Change can be good but so is stability, and in this case stability is what we need as far as design and art style.
There also needs to be a better representation of skinnier body types. As somebody who is skinnier, I feel sad that I don’t really have a body type that represents me anymore. I wish they would have the option to have the same or very similar body type to the one we have now, that’s of course updated. There should also really be slimmer face shapes and noses, as of right now there is little to no options for those with small and slim faces and noses.
I don’t mean to sound Whiny, because I know they’re trying their bests, but this game just means so much to me and I want to see it flourish and prosper! I don’t want to see the fun, cute, bubbly characters style that the Star Fam has come to love for the past 11 years just be thrown away. This girl, this character is my childhood, she helped me through the tough times and she brought me so much joy over the years, and I want her update to do her justice. Although she is just a pixel girl to most, to me she is so much more, almost like a old and dear friend, and I hate to see her turned into this middle aged adult/ toddler like women. As much as I am eager for the characters to get updated I’d much rather wait longer and achieve a more perfected and in a similar style character to the characters we have in game now, before releasing it into game.

I LOVE the shapes of the characters. Still athletic shapes but still inclusive!
I really like the way shes sitting and following the horse's movements in the walk and in the canter!
I know this is still in beta but when the character is riding, it doesn’t look like they are holding the reins but the rest is just amazing and im super excited!
I definitely think they are way to bouncy for when the horses are moving at a slower pace. I would want it to be more smooth and less bouncy. And for the short stop I think the character stays in place a little to much maybe if she moved with a little more force like the horse it would be better. And I also noticed when the character was running the hair at the top was staying in place but at the bottom was moving I think the hair needs to move more all over than just in once place. And I agree with over people in the comments with more skinner body types they all seem very bulky.But over all I am excited for the update❤
I think the new character update looks great, but they should add props, like you could be holding an umbrella for instance, or a plush teddy bear, and that maybe you can have an npc foal following your horse, or make it so you can do more animations with the horses and foals
I think it would be very good to have freckles, and possibly be able to change the facial features separately, like, nose, mouth, eyes and mix and match them!
I really love the hair, I think star stable have done an amazing job on that!
I agree with comments regarding new body shapes being unflattering and there isn't one option that is that feminine. All of the options seem to scale up body weight but it's all bottom heavy, the shoulder width doesn't change and there isn't much added to the torso. Perhaps it would be better to focus on different body shapes, such as pear shape or hour glass etc rather than just focusing on weight?
Totally agree with comments about character running, it kind of looks like we're waddling.
It would be nice if we could also mix and match nose and mouth rather than just have them static to one specific face shape, like you can in other games like Sims and Dreamlight Valley. In fact, if I were to give critique on how to get character diversity correct (body shape, customisation etc etc) I would just point star stable to Dreamlight valley because it's the best I've seen in a long time.
We definitely need more womanly body shapes because as you get older of course, you get a little more curvy or your body shape is more pronounced rather then when ur a child pretty much flat up and down, I also think that height would be a good option, as well as changing your appearance and horse manes/tails to be free as honey had said. One of the main things I want though is for your character to lean forward rather then backward when your horse is rearing, as you’d do in real life. I also think the anatomy of the character needs some work ex: broader shoulders. I feel as if for the body shapes, starstable is aiming for more of a kid approach though as the storyline states we are 18 and I don’t want that as a player. Overall I know this is only beta and sso is doing a wonderful job, this is also just my opinion.
I believe they could possibly add a body scale. As for the animations, maybe make the walk and run not look as bubbly. Also, for the animation and rear, I believe they should make the character lean forward more, considering that’s more realistic.

But i am just looking up to the little hands/legs bugs, and i hope it'll be fixed Before the update. Obviolusly it's not official yet but i am believing it'll be a big change for the star stable players.

I’ve noticed some clipping around the neck where I can see some skin but so far other than the stuff you said that needed some more work that’s all, I’m starting to really like the new character!
Hi honey, I love your videos and for the new update I think for like beginners of star stable. They should be able to choose different breeds of horses when they first start just like in the mobile game with the different breeds of horses for you to raise also I love body types, but they could be a little bit more work with it

I think they should add stuff like freckles, different skin types, heterocromia, better riding animations, more body types, being able to change noses separately from head shape, & lower cost of character change! 🤍
Ive said this other channels so I’m going to say it here too. I wish they had skinner body types, smaller chest and waist. It’s good to have bigger body types but we also need smaller ones for our skinner folks, and it’d be nice to have some more face shapes

3:09 I love how they updated the starter hair one thing is I notice alot of the head wear like those fripp ears go right through some hair styles, If they werent going to work on that i think it'd be nice for it to blend in not pop out
I love the new character options! But I would have to agree with honey, the standing of the character shouldn’t have so many movements along with having less animations of the rider on the stationary horse. (Also I really would like a post trot animation, but that might just be me)
It’s great that they added different weights but they all seem to have pear shaped bodies so maybe switch the body types up a bit.
Most of the things you have mentioned in the video reflect my opinion too, I love the new update but maybe the developers can make some more changes to the characters, however they have done some impressive things. Keep up the fantastic work.
I do think a more softer animation would look nice as well, and I do agree with having the options to change your looks for either free or JC and not SC. Alot of the items do cost SC(like the horses and pets) and it would be nice to have the option to pay with JC for changing horses hair and main or even the character that way new players or those who are monthly can change with out worry(and as someone who rps that would be nice to change with out paying)

Hey honey loved the vid - I rlly like the body type variation but as a skinnier person I would like more skinnier type , more eye types , brow types , and the option of hetrochromia, and they can improve on the run , less hip movement in the run , and less charachter idle animation . Other than that rlly good
I agree with you on saying that they should just sit calmly on the horse. For the trot, they should make the character do the rising trot like we do IRL and I saw the jump on a different UA-camr, they should go forward when their jumping they should also do the pat on the side of them and when they taking care for their horse they should do what people do IRL.
While the hair and fat and skin tones are fantastic I would change how the rider sits on the horse especially with the jumping animation. Otherwise so far great work and I'm so proud of the team working on this.
Like the more expressive eyebrows and all the new eye colors and hairs but for the body types I really want them to keep the original body type because I like that much better than the new ones

I’m not to sure about the jump position, I’d love the two point to me more forward and more release to it so it’s from real and pretty, I also want a posting trot as well or a button to switch to posting to sitting or sitting to posting.

The running looks a bit weird and wobbly, the walk is something I do like. The getting on the horse could be a bit more realistic, since she indeed 'flies' up.
When the characters are riding they seem to move a lot with their hands especially in the galop. I hope they make the riding animations a bit more realistic.
Other than that, it looks good to me and I can't wait until they're finished!
I love the fact they made it more plus size inclusive but what about smaller body types the slim and petite I would really like to see more for that

I think that the new character are great, they just need some more movements. Like movement in the strip, the foot just stays still and looks a bit funny. Also to make the jump position, and when the new character is on a horse galloping her back is behind the saddle. Please Star stable when the new character is launched let it be free to costumemize the character for one change. Thanks sso
I like the animations but I wish there was a button in the setting so you can choose how you trot that way you can sit trot,rise trot and double sit trot(sit 2 strides then rise on the 3rd stride) that would be better then you can have a trot to suit your discipline and then sit trot for bareback,dressage(even tho you still rise in dressage) and western

I love the body movement on the horse I would just like a slim character just like the old ones but I like it apart from the part I can't make myself in sos even tho I love the game!
I’m so happy with the beta characters, specially the skin tones, I’m naturally very pale (I’m not sick xD) so I’m really happy that they added the pale tones and darker tones :)

I believe that instead of pulling the reins when the horse rears, the character should lean up and "hug" the neck of the horse (how you do when a horse rears irl and to avoid pulling on the reins.), and that the rider should have their hands further up on the horses mane when in full gallop instead of sitting normally and pulling with a two point seat.
Well the movement while she runs is realistic but it should be more subtle.
-more face options, like choose diferent nose eyes or lips on one face shape
-probably posibility to choose hight.

I want to be able to pick a personality for my character and have that determine how my character acts, would be so neat
I think they should have more different body types, or maybe be able to customize it more somehow although I’m not sure how they would be able to do that

More skinny body types, like a bit earlier within the beta testing, adding more like hip definitions, nose styles, and more hairstyles that don’t look bulky and go well with the body types
I think they are amazing everyone is looking former characters and they look realistic and maybe down the road they will ad more
One more thing to be able to make your character be like a little bit more taller or shorter like some of the NPCs are really tall so I feel like we should be able to make us taller or shorter
the new characters are really good there are some improvements that are needed like they need to add more slimmer bodies and i also wish that we could chang the size of the character
I like how the skin tones and the eyes look so far. Definitely agree that they need a body size similar to how the characters look now. Also hope they fix the chest size. Even on the bigger body types they look flat. They look like they are squished and pushed to the side and not very natural in my opinion.
Hi Honey! I'm such a HUGE fan! So I wasn't chosen to do the beta testing, but that's ok because I can always watch you. So my feedback is that I think that Star Stable should keep them as they are. Also I just started star stable a few months ago lol. But, if there going to change the characters, then that's ok to. No offense star stable, you did a GREAT job creating these characters. They look amazing. Also, LOVE THE NEW HAIR. So my feedback is that they should keep them as they are, or have an option that we can keep them as they are, or do the new ones. I suggest that the run needs to be fixed, like Honey said, and them on the horse while its trotting. So I just wanted to leave my feedback, and that everyone would have a nice day.
