Some beautiful country right there Crocket. You wife's answer, although very diplomatic, was spot on. Can't really compare them. All incredible.

We were in the San Juans at the end of July. Almost none of the mountain passes were open.

Appreciate you watching. The truck has definitely been nice. Took a long time to get there, but certainly enjoying it.

I'm doing the northern section this weekend. Was going to do the southern half, but with impending storms, It'll have to wait another few weeks.

Nice! Enjoy the trip and good call on holding off on the southern. Just got back today from near the southern section and the storms had started moving in.

Glad your back. Mind letting me know what compressor and tarp you are using. Enjoyed the sites what state are you in Utah?

Thanks man. Although just putting out a few vids. Tarp is the Slumberjack Roadhouse tarp. I've really liked it. Compressor - Viair 400P Automatic Portable Compressor. I've liked that as well. One thing to note, it heats up pretty good after all four tires are inflated. So I either let it cool before putting back in the bag, or find a place in the truck it can sit as we travel as it cools off.

@@Cr0cket20 Well either way I enjoy your videos. About that time of the year to "slip" off into the woods for the annual harvest.

Shadow Systems DR920 9mm. Concealment wasn't a concern so going full size wasn't a concern. Usually in the mountains I go with 10mm very better bear deterrence. However, with the dog and my wife and I talking the DR920 being much lighter than my 10mm, went that direction instead. When I'm archery hunting I'll go with the 10mm. When camping I don't worry about it so much and at that point depends on what I feel like bringing to be honest.
