I know Jahm Najafi of MSP. He's a good guy and would be a great owner of Everton. They are serious unlike 777 who clearly don't have the means.
I guessed you missed the bit where MSP were approached, had the chance to buy Everton, and decided not to. Instead they loaned Everton 158 mil, have been receiving interest payments, and their loan is due ( mid April). They've delayed full repayment. Negotiated an extension, with probably a bit more interest for them. But the loan is still due.

I thought that the 777 take over would go through once our PL status was confirmed for next season. Now that has happened, surely it will go through, as 777 know they have a PL team with a new stadium. I'm worried that we are about to go into administration and potentially not be able to continue to operate, BUT, surely there are too many people who have too much to lose to allow that to happen?

Most smart investors - like MSP - will be waiting for Everton to fail financially and then buy it out of administration. This might well be the best thing for the club.
