Hey man, I love this garden talk show, I found it about 3 weeks ago and I'm now completely up to date, it's taken over from the Joe rogan show as my favourite. Thanks for having this guy on, I already follow him and planned to use his shop next light I needed, thanks a lot for having him on.
Love his channel and all the depth and breadth of information he provides. I recently saw something about freeze-curing elsewhere on UA-cam. Having trouble finding good/reliabe info on it. Maybe something to cover in a talk if you can find a good source?
I just realized this is 2yrs old, as I'm reading the comments, lol. Noticed I'd seen it, but figured it was recently. I've been subscribed to both channels for as long as I can remember (almost 8-10 years..?!🤔). Not much has changed since this episode, really. Now, you can always tweek around with little things (knobs to dim/raise however many different colors. Individually set by you). Oh, and a hundred pre set spectrums. Even HPS, MH, CMH and more! With lots of Samsung 2390b+Diodes. Several per Watt, which run much cooler and cover more area than 2-3 Samsung LM301H Diodes. Thanks again for the great interview Chris. It really stands the test of time, and what I've experienced in real life lately!👍💯✌️
Well u do need to spend decent money on qaulity and a gd warranty lol..a whole Lotta cheap garbage that under produces and never gets grade aaaa qaulity out there too
I completely agree, I stumbled across migro by looking up grow light reviews and par mapping and now Ive watched every video he has put out more than once. Reviews and instructional videos have become my new tv. I spend more time on youtube looking up new methods, reviews, problem-solving vids etc. Indoor growing has really taken leaps and bounds over the last 15 years. When I first got into it, everything was ungodly expensive. Knowledge about photosynthetic active radiation was limited at best, and it was trial and error until you found something that worked for you. People like shane have really made indoor gardening so much more accessible and while its not black and white yet, understanding what you need out of your components is so much easier to understand now than ever before and this info is freaking free!
Great episode! Shane seems a good guy...the fact he's sold many lights for other manufacture's by way of his reviews. Instead of saying his brand is the only way..seems he just wants people to get a light..any quality light and get growing for themselves. Hope you got him to hook you up with one of his lights and put it through a grow for us! ✌️
What I see and hear from Shane, on MIGROW-UA-cam channel is somebody who has an understanding of the technicalities of providing adequate lighting for the plants. This is how we are able to then grow as a community, into the next level of discovery.
I wish I could like this video more than once. It answers more questions than I knew I needed. This is the perfect information for people like me who just want to get started, but have a working man's budget. I can't thank you guys enough.
Its easier than you think. I thought Id never get into indoor horticultural because of how expensive it is, but its actually cheaper now than ever and no matter what you plan on cultivating its worth it. If you're working on a budget just buy each component separately. You can get an itemized list of what comes in a complete kit and plan out what you want to do from there. Thats exactly what I did and it allows you to plan for expansion. While I spent more than just buying say a 2x2 kit or a 3x3 kit. I bought an oversized exhaust and overpowered light for my 3x3 tent, so I can run everything at a lower power, and when I expand I just get a bigger tent and the reccomended components for the tent I have now which makes the overall expansion cheaper.
I appreciate the Micro content. He makes lights and will rank his products vs top competitors. He appears to be honest on his lights because he doesn't rank his the top light. I appreciate the integrity and the information to help people be successful growers.
This is a damn good Informative Talk show today Chris...super impressed to say the least...Thank you very much Brother...I watch all of Shane's Videos for best lights and new tech on the market...this Video nailed my questions on the head....excellent.
I use Shane's migro array 4. I have 3 off them and can't say enough how much I love these lights. He did an amazing job designing them. Booming yields when used right
Just started using migro array 4 myself, can’t praise it enough! The detail in the design (everything has been thought through to the nth degree to make it as practical and efficient as possible) and the results are 1st class… unbelievable value for money! Hats off to you Shane 👏
Shane is the LED Guru. Respected by yourself and Jorge (Indoor Bible) for his impartial advise. Despite having his own growlight company he doesn't plug his excellent lights every time he posts. Shane just tells you the way it is. No B.S Respect 👊
Right on bro!! this was an awesome episode!! im currently making my own grow light for my grow box. had good results with the last light i made. i wouldnt be able to make my own light without shane. the info that he provides the community is amazing. thank you for doing this interview and having him on the show!!
Thanks Mr Grow it, I'm in Ireland and have been watching Shane's channel for a while now, I've recently found you, it's great to see the good growers getting together and sharing their professional knowledge, there's so much garbage out there, De Bacca University is very good on UA-cam
Thanks. Shane for coming on Mr. Grow it's channel and talking with us about light and usable par. And Chris I guess I can stop pushing you towards the spot on par sensor and his video on it. Lol! I Did not know that you were bringing Shane on to talk. I see the method to your madness now! Great stuff guys thanks for all your service
How to not spend money on fake advertising! Great talk, tons of saving money information on materials and resources like electricity and lighting equipment! Thank you both, love the podcast!
Really great video, a lot of useful information. It's great that Shane wasn't pushing his product, just trying to educate and share knowledge. His Migro lights are pretty sweet though!
never a disappointment when i tune into this podcast. highlight of my weekend as far as educational videos go .cant wait to see whats coming up next weekend
Thank you for sharing this episode! It has answered a lot of questions for me relative to my needs in my grow tent! Shane was very generous with his time, and his knowledge! It is truly appreciated!
I'm using one of Shane's Migrolight lights, decision was based on his knowledge & honesty in this space combined with a great light product. I am planning to extend my grow area soon & will be purchasing more from migro, probably the Pro version.
Great episode as always. Been a sub of migro for a while now. Always a ton of information when both of you speak. Hope everyone has a blessed day today!
Great conversation with Shane! Been watching his informative reviews for about 3 years now. Based my Mars Hydro SP250 purchase on his review and ended up with 3 of them before they came out with the SP3000. They are great little fixtures and double up real nice in a 2x4 tent!
Lol pretty much. As we were filming it, he said everything I would have said - plus a whole lot more! He clearly has a ton of knowledge about lighting. I'm so glad he sat down with me and dropped his knowledge for us 🙌🌱
2 if the best knowledgeable guys just shooting the shit!!! THANKS TO BOTH YOU FOR PUTTING THIS TOGETHER!! Mr grow it, YOU MY FREIND ARE THE MAN !!! THANK YOU GUYS 🙏

Nothing better than being in the garden, while watching/listening to Garden Talk 🙌🔥👌
I was just thinking that. Makes chores go by faster than usual lol
Doing some transplanting of clones and thinking the same thing! ✌️
Have been working in the room when they basically real time told me.. no no, not like that. Lots to learn from this channel, intelligently delivered.
Lol same same.
Funny, my grandma said the exact same thing the other day.
Shane is a legend. Learned allot from his videos in a quest to bust the myth of needing expensive lights

Easily the top guy to hear out... for sure
Not enough content of this high quality on youtube. Shane and Chris have be tremendously helpful in setting up an indoor grow. We need more of this.

I purchased 1 of his lights because of his honest reviews. In fact the other leds i purchased was due to his reviews.

I love this guy for some reason been subbed to him for awhile.
i love how he didn't just plug his own light first when asked which light was the best he'd reviewed. Shane's a jem in the rough.
